Flaming Wok

The food is pretty good when they have any. There not open when they are supposed be be witch is a big problem because theres no phone number to call and check if they are open. If they want to compete with other businesses then they need to be open when they are supposed to and have food since they are a food place. Not much anyone can do besides not come here so the owner knows its a problem and hopefully fixes the issues. If they just show up to work and do there job they might be a good place to eat... good luck flaming wok... your probly gonna need it.

We go here every time we are at the mall. Today, they were out of food (lunch time. Totally understandable) so my parents (in their 70’s) asked how long. The kid flipped his hand in the air & said “I don’t want to get your hopes up, but good luck”. When my dad asked for some chicken (there wasn’t enough) he responded “well sorry about that”. Then he started getting snotty when my mother repeated, “we just want to know how long the wait will be”. He was very rude, snotty, flippant & clearly hates his job. I felt bad for the guy working the register - who was very sweet. He was the ONLY reason I bought the food. He continually apologized for the kids behavior. Absolutely no excuse. Guess we will be getting Sbarro. From now on.

Semi cheap, fairly greasy, pretty salty, so so Chinese food. I have eaten here off and on for two decades and it has steadily gone down hill over that time. I think the ownership has changed. The fried rice and lo mien are absolutely tasteless. The Chicken dishes are nowhere near as good as the ones you can prepare at home. Thick, salty, and gooey sauces do not a good chicken dish make. The "spicy" dishes are not. They do give you a lot, but the Japanese stall across from it is much better. Eat there if you want good Asian food.

I took my daughter there for her birthday last week. The owner was constantly yelling at his employee's. When he rang me up he forgot my daughters order and she cried. When i said "im missing and order", he started yelling at me . It was awful. I had been going there for years and i will never return. I reported him. Dong waste your money there.

This place is horrible, the owner/manager came out of the back screaming and yelling at an employee coming to collect their paycheck. Totally belittling the young man in front of customers and other workers . I asked the employee being yelled at what was wrong, and it turns out he was a work and travel student from Thailand and the owner/manager was refusing to pay him. The kid barely spoke English but showed a friend and I a text thread (in English) and the guy was totally abusing this young man's situation. I'll never eat here again. Completely wrong and unamerican, we should treat guests in our country with more respect than what that owner/manager was doing to that young man.
