I've got 7 kids, so we've experienced our fair share of arcades. Chuck e cheese has consistently been a favorite of ours. We've celebrated so many birthdays and regular occasions here. The place is clean. The staff are always helpful. My son and daughter misplaced their card, Casey so graciously replaced it for us at no cost to us. Casey has always been so kind and gone above what is asked of her. I hope that she is recognized for being a great leader. We will continue to return here.

A little more expensive than I'd like. But the pizza was great and they had people going around cleaning the equipment constantly. Service was pretty decent. Overall we had a good time!
We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here and it was great! Our host Carly provided kind and informative service, plus handled our food order super easily and conveniently for me. My daughter now wants to have her next birthday here! Thanks Reno Chuck E. Cheese 😊
Booked a Birthday party: Everything was set up, host was kind and attentive, pizzas were cooked perfect, not one problem with the play cards. Just an all around awesome experience for my daughter and her friends! A++
Great place. Took my niece. Pizza, wings, beer, soda and all you can eat salad bar. The 1 thing they need to fix is the games. It's kind pricey but the kids love it.
Extraordinary team at this location; fresh food, clean environment — these people are on it. The management here goes above and beyond, and the employees are so thoughtful and considerate. This is a great place to go for a family night out, birthday, or some fun. 10/10 will recommend and return!
