My most recent visit was a reminder why I hadn't been going for a while the quality has dropped in this location in the last 2 years we know the name and it's definitely better in Texas and California what's happened with this location older rice and meat taste less protein in your orders dryer chicken in a family meals turnovers with staff. When I walked in to order my food, I was looked at by more than three people that were working there and it wasn't very good looks, I felt like I walked into a place I should not have and I did not feel welcome. The young man who took my order was pleasant, I got my food thrown on the counter, and I was waiting for somebody to call my number nobody came by. As my food sat on the counter nobody checked it nobody called my number!! I finally asked if that was my food a lady said yes. It was a very bad experience for me. I did nothing to deserve the looks or the service such as just leaving it on the counter and not calling my number or even caring if it was even there.

I love this Pollo Loco! They are quick and friendly, and the chicken is scrumptious..... muy rico!! Only wish they'd remembered the chips and avo salsa to go with my burrito. A great work lunch anyway!

We were very disappointed. We ordered street tacos which were shown on the menu as two. We only got one tiny taco. This one taco was nearly 3 dollars. We will not be going back here!

Friendly and efficient staff, and delicious food at reasonable prices. Dining room was clean and tidy.

So, they used to have a chicken less burrito or a double avocado burrito. They took both off the menu. I done eat meat so no longer want to go there.
