Store was very dirty. Took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. They even have open drinks on the cook line which is against the health code.

I understood they were short staffed and that they may not. Have everything on there menu and yet still got all the food I ordered correctly and speedy. And guy at drive thru window was damn quick at reciting my order to the T. Def better then past times coming here.

Rude drive-through workers. It’s not my fault they prepared my order incorrectly. Jack In The Box doesn’t exist to me anymore. Too many terrible experiences. Gets worse and worse every-time.

The old lady at the drive-through window was so rude and wouldn’t give creamers for my coffee and she said that sugar was bad for my health. I try getting my receive from her but she Close the window and wouldn’t open it again. I will not ever return to that store.

Reason for my 5 star is that it is hard to have a full staff in any restaurant, especially a fast food joint.

Great food, line moves quickly enough, and employees are generally pretty competent.
