A lackluster fast food experience, the milkshake I was given looked rundown and the cherry looked like it had been thrown in or dropped by accident. When I asked for a 3 piece Egg roll the clerk confirmed it as a 2 piece Egg Roll which I never saw on menu, when I asked for sauce she told me to ask at the window. I feel like asking at the speaker helps the efficiency and it shouldn't require the customer to repeat what they have said. Also their is a hand written sign requesting tips which seems odd, especially considering service.

Egg rolls and chicken strips... Yummy... Not a fan of box style restaurant burgers... It's hard to find quality burgers and at the fastfood box stores ... Not just jacks place but all. So I like the off the wall items. Egg rolls and chicken strips...

Used to be one of 2 favorite JinB. But the last 4 times I stopped by for mid day meal they were closed. Including today. No signs saying temp or reason so I am assuming this Jack in the B ox is closed permantly?!??!?!!

They are finally open to dine in. I was the only one there had to wait to be acknowledge to order due to their busy drive threw.

So I've decided to treat myself to a shake considering it is something that I don't have very often. I ordered the large oreo shake. The lady repeated my order and I thought it was good to go. I grabbed my shake and it turned out to be a regular which I was charged for a regular that's fine, but more than half of the cup was filled with whip cream.

Not open for lobby...drive thru only. Let's follow the Governor and CDC already. Still...you guys are not following the CDC and State guidelines like ALL the businesses in the city, local and State. Businesses in your area have all safely opened except for you.

Food was so nasty too much breading on chicken strips and chicken nuggets under cooked. Window person was less than pleasant

Why is this jack in the always closed like now at 4:51 in afternoon . Went to website called to see they closed at 3oclock I don't get it. I'm surprised that jack has not done somthing.
