7-eleven

The cashier was on the phone I believe, I hope, but was yelling in a foreign language the whole duration of my perusal through the store. Then I went to the counter and he came over to help me. He rang up my 2 cold monster energy drinks and walked away to the side of the counter by the hot food. I couldn't quite see what he was doing but I heard bags rustling and assumed he ran out of bags by the register and was grabbing more. I assumed wrong. After standing there another almost 5 minutes while I started this review, and then grabbed my 2 cold drinks (FYI its 3:35AM so it's not hot outside, it's 56° so not freezing but a bit chilly and my hand were freezing!) As I walked out I hollered "Thanks for the bag." I didn't care to bother to hear if he responded or not. All in all the in-store experience at this 7-11 was awkward and the Cashier was rude and not very good at customer service. whoever worked tonight needs a talkin' to from his boss and a few classes in customer service. (*Also* When I started this review I was going to give 3 stars, but changed it to 1 by the end after leaving the store.)

I've worked for 711 and this store could really use some help on cleaning skills and how long to keep food in under the heating lamps. Soda taste just like flavored water. Trash all over the floor.. paid for 3 sodas and my card wouldn't take on one register so I moved to the other put my number in for points and they took my points and I was supposed save 59cents and how in the hell that take over a 1000 points.. never will come here again. Or work for this 711 ever

I say zero They accused me right off the bat of stealing 8 dollars, while I’m in a boot and a wound vac with four broken bones in my ankle , unable to flee anywhere . The. The two me. proceeded to accuse me and tried charging me more then I had brought to the counter . Followed by a refund with swearing and humiliation. The patrons behind me assured I was In the right as I didn’t di anything wrong !!! Check cameras don’t accuse !!! It wasn’t till I said I would call the cops that your clerks were receptive to anything .

Went there for gas as I left with 1 bar and it was the nearest . Swiped my card but won't process no matter how many times. Cashier told me to go to another slot but same thing . Press for service but nothing was done and was left standing there not knowing what is going on. Went to another gas station which took my card.
