This is the most efficiently run Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, hard-working and good at their jobs. I placed a large order ahead of time for my daughter’s birthday party and everything was hot and ready when we arrived. They even offered to carry my order to my car for me. The staff deserve five stars for their efficiency and customer service. It was such a positive experience that they definitely needed a positive review!

A big Shout out to this store!! Great customer service! Shea, one of the managers, did an outstanding job of helping us place a large order for an event! 50 Pizzas and 44 crazy breads! Her follow up & follow through is second to none! I will do business with this location again and again for large events! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!

Just got back to work after leaving this location and wanted to go ahead and leave a review while it is fresh on my mind (all while smashing this fresh pizza and wings). "Top tier" is an understatement for Shena (Shay's) customer service today. She was the sweetest and most patient lady. Good customer service is at an all time LOW, unfortunately, so I am highly appreciative. Also, you never know what someone is going through and how the SMALLEST gesture can make their day. Thank you Shay! !

The reason, I’m giving little Caesars at Mini City on Capital Boulevard 5 stars is because customer service was great! All the staff welcomed all customers acted professionally. The store manager and staff greeted all the customers. I placed my order with the manager she listened verbally read it back acknowledge me that my order order will be coming up soon. I was completely comfortable waiting in the store. They had other customers that came in/out with no long wait. The food was great hot and fresh tasty. I tried to call the store to let them know but they were very busy. I hope they see this review you all did a wonderful job! I will definitely come back to this location!!!!!!!

Food is always ready on time. I often use the Pizza Portal Pickup. The service is friendly but they are often very understaffed. The inside feels a bit cramped. I suspect they could utilize the property more effectively. Only 2/3 of the building is used.

I have no complaints about the food or the staff. I rated the atmosphere 1 star because the amount of corporate oppression is so HEAVY in there, that it feels like the poor workers live in constant fear of irate customers and Little Caesar's Big Brother. Little Caesar's, please chill. Idk why taking a picture in the store can get you fired or arrested, but it's unsettling for both the customers and especially the employees to live in a constant state of fear. This isn't Five Night's at Freddy's; stop making pizza places feel scary.

I ordered 13 pizzas online for a school event. The ordering process was easy. I arrived at my pick up time and all 13 pizzas were ready to go. The manager held the door for me and helped me carry the pizzas out to my car. This Little Caesars has got it going on! They were friendly and welcoming and provided excellent customer service. They made sure my order was ready on time and the pizza was great! I am was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this location for all of your catering needs.

Ever notice that when ordering from the big chain pizza places you always end up spending over $30? Well we did so we just got less pizza.... but little Caesars may allow our pizza addiction to flourish. Prices from the past in a small but efficient establishment we were blown away with how easy it was to quickly get our pizza and the new favorite crazy bread. The pizza was good, sure it won't win any awards but it's tasty and the crazy bread is addictive , we paid roughly $12 for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread which is awesome. The staff were friendly and super quick , overall it was a refreshing pleasure to visit. Well worth a stop by.

I ordered a pizza from here and Shena the lady at the register was absolutely phenomenal. Kind and understanding. She even carried a pizza out to a car for a gentleman who was carrying a kid. Give that lady a raise because she is the only person I’ve ever seen do that from a Little Caesar’s!

One of the best experiences I have had at a Little Caesars! The GM Brooks is so nice and considerate of everyone who walked in the door. Made sure no one was waiting too long for their orders and conversations with us while we waited. Loved him!
