A lot of people seem to give subway a lot of negativity. I don't get it. Ingredients seem fine - it's a chain sandwich shop. The location is beautiful, very clean. And the staff is surprisingly cordial, albeit quiet. I've seen them tolerate some real mean customers.

The place is very neat & tidy.
I go downtown for a meeting once a month and I usually go to this subway when I do. Today I had the Ultimate Spicy Italian with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and ranch, with a side of doritos and a cheese cake cookie. I like the normal Spicy Italian sandwhich, which I usually get with mozzarella cheese, so the only difference with the Ultimate was the garlic, which was a nice touch, really complimenting the taste of the pepperoni. What I didn't like though was that I couldn't choose my bread. I always get an italian herb loaf for any sandwich I get, but the man who made it didn't even ask and just gave me a plain loaf. I didn't realize it until I already sat dow. And started eating it; wasn't a deal breaker, but thought it was odd. Not sure if it's a recipe thing across all locations or a gaffe at this one. The cheesecake cookie was delicious as always 😍
Never been impressed with this location but saw the Great Garlic on tv and decided to give it another shot! My sandwich was awesome and so was my Club! Full of fresh condiments AND meat and the bread seamed bigger and fresher! It’s been about 6 months and my bet is they have gotten some mgrs. in there that care about their jobs and what they serve!!

I've traveled the country quite a bit and this subway location by far has the friendliest employees I've come across.
There is a huge step down from the restaurant to the street. No warning at all. I am amazed they are still in business, I suppose no one has sued yet.
I frequent this Subway location for a quick lunch bite when I am working downtown. The restaurant is conveniently located, always clean, and well-staffed. The service is attentive and works with a sense of urgency to make your stop quick and enjoyable. They are careful to meet customers' requests (including switching gloves in between customers due to allergies and/or sensitivities). They provide service with a warm, genuine smile! I will definitely return and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great lunch!
