I was a Walk-In to Order a Cheese Steak with custom requirements. The chef verbally confirmed my customization (No Peppers or Onions) They staff was efficient and very friendly. They engaged in friendly banter while I waited for my steak, which always takes a bit longer since they are cooked to order.
The staff appeared to be genuinely happy, pleasant, and caring.
Jersey Mikes has the best subs but this location always has the best quality sandwiches. The bread, meat, amount of toppings - consistently good! And the staff is always friendly!
Saturday afternoon, 4 folks in front of me, I ordered 2 an was out the door. About 6 minutes tops! Staff were excellent, give them raises! Clean place and subs were excellent!
Jersey although Mike's is always wonderful, the employees made this location much better. When we arrived, there was no other customers, which is typically when a place would be most empty and service suffers. However, the crew leapt to serve us right away, the patiently waiting while we made our decision, took a sizable pickup order while they waited for us to finish, and then quickly fixed the big pile of subs that had been ordered out of the blue. Even though I used four gift cards to compensate for our supper, the cashier was kind and grinning. The food were plenty and fresh.
I came in on Thanksgiving eve. I didn't think to ask if they closed early. There were 3 young ladies working extremely hard as they were busy and closing in just a couple of minutes. There were 7 or eight people in line. One of the employees even changed gloved and got new lettuce because a lady said her friend had onion allergies. I can not speak highly enough of the 3 women working at this location at close even working still after close. I live 35 minutes from that location and just happen to stop on my way home from work. I hope the young ladies can get some sort of recognition. I did tip them but they definitely went above and beyond. Same I can't give more than 5 stars. They are the definition of customer service. I tried to call the store after I ate to thank them yet again but I guess they had already left.

The team, on the other hand, jumped at the opportunity to serve us right away, patiently waiting while we made our choice, taking a hefty pickup order while they waited for us to finish, and then rapidly fixing the large pile of subs that had been unexpectedly ordered. The clerk was friendly and smiling even though I paid for our lunch with four gift cards. Food was plenty and fresh.

The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the cashier was friendly and smiling even as I worked my way through 4 gift cards to pay for our meal. By the time we sat down, there were 6 more customers in line, and the crew seemed cheerful and worked fast. It just felt happy there. We will be back.

Best experience there I went in grab some food all the workers were friendly very polite one young lady in their name Clinique she is awesome she has a bubbly personality amazing and has great customer service her crew is off the chain I recommend you go here
