I keep giving chances after chance to get a better outcome. However, the food doesn’t taste fresh and customer service is out the window.
I actually witnessed the packer whisper to the other employee to re-drop an order of food from the warmer into the grease to make the food feel (seem) hotter 🤬. She either thought that I didn’t see her or she didn’t care.
I sarcastically said, “Thank you for making my food hotter!!!
I’m done with this place!!
Loved the chicken here. Purchased all dark meat for 20 people. Side Portions are very small and not enough to go around.
Had a doordash order that was delivered incorrectly. Called the restaurant and spoke with the sweetest woman name Tammy. Tammy needs a raise!! She talks to you like she really cares and goes above and beyond to try to fix the issue. I work in customer service myself and know how difficult it can be but Tammy is so patient and so so kind. We need more Tammy’s!
Well, I don't expect anything special from their food. It's one standard in my experience. And it's chicken and chips. But the service here was quick and the order was accurate. I used the drive thru.
11/22/19 was my first time visiting this location. When we got there they were packed. But we did not have to wait long for our food. It was fresh and hot. We ordered (2) 11 piece boxes along mashed potatoes and biscuits. The location was very clean. And I will definitely be returning.
Greasy chicken. Their chicken sandwich is a good treat every now and then.
Service in the drive-through was ok. The prices have gone up incredibly over the last 2 years. If you get their coupons, you can get small discounts here and there.
Thaddeus is a fantastic employee. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

Usually really good... I've had great chicken and phenomenal service from this location, but sometimes, I guess you can't win.. went tonight, and my biscuit was completely destroyed upon opening. I'm not mad because Popeye's biscuits are terrible and I never eat them, but I was very confused...
