Shawn’s Shack was surprisingly open after coming from school one night, restaurants have lately fell off in the “fresh” department in the evenings so I asked will my burger be fresh…not only was it fresh, the burger was juicy, 3-different kind of fries and I went back last night just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke……. Still delicious, juicy and Fresh. Good job and thank you, from me and my son.

I've been wanting to get it to a Steak 'n Shake ever since I was a little kid. All of the ones in my hometown have been closed so I never got to go. I moved to Raleigh a few weeks ago and found this Steak 'n Shake right by my apartment. It was well worth the long wait! The burgers and shakes were incredible. The staff was also very friendly. I will definitely be stopping by often.

Drove 2 hours for Steak 'n Shake, and I'm glad we did. Staff at this location was super friendly during both our visits. The service was quick and the food delicious. -1 star because we were missing our extra toppings and some of the items on the menu were unavailable but not marked. We will stop by again during our next trip to Raleigh.

I had never tried a shake at Steak ‘n Shake. I was craving something sweet and refreshing, so I went through the drive-thru around 2:30pm on a Wednesday. My service was quick. The cashier could have been a little more friendly, but I was completely delighted with the taste and quality of the Cookies & Creme shake I got. I had no idea when I got up to the pay window that they had half-priced shakes between 2-5 pm. What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be back!

Great food, excellent shakes, lots of FUN! Customer Service is always what seems to suffer at this Steak 'n Shake. Love the food and shakes, the atmosphere is great. My hope is that at some point this location will hire and train staff members that are as customer centric as they are each other centric. Just one afternoon in the dining room here, and you can learn the staff's plans for the night. Who is dating whom, the latest break up drama...

Our burgers were GREAT! But it took waayyy too long for fast service food. The folks in the kitchen were clearly working hard, so I don't understand why it was slow. It wasn't super busy. The servers were very nice and apologetic.
I won't say they were worth the wait, so to speak, but the burgers were fresh, hot, and quite tasty. We'll go back for sure, but... just hope it's faster next time.

I come to Steak ‘n Shake mostly on Friday and Saturday morning. I usually get the breakfast taco. If you never tried it you must. It’s pretty clean and quite in the morning. The food is fresh and taste great. Briselda is such a sweet heart. Kind warming and great you with a smile. She also is a great cook. Thank you so much Briselda.

Thanks for alway having great restaurants that no matter where you stop you get the same great food and the same great service. Today I just wanted a little snake for I remembered that you have half price shakes between 2 - 5. So I rolled up. And my wife got a birthday shake which is amazing. And I got a turtle shake. I miss the cheese cake one that you had this summer but that’s one of the great things about season change is you never know what new one you will have next. Well I cant wait till next time I am out and about and need to pick up a number 17. Triple burger and fries for four bucks. Thanks again. See you soon.

Went through the drive-thru and had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Mary!! She was very helpful even though I was completely indecisive! Kind and charming, she had a smile both in her voice and on her face!
I don’t come here often because it’s not convenient to where I live :( Mary informed me that soon there will be one closer to me! I look forward to seeing her when the Garner location opens!
