This beautiful caramel apple chi was made by one of their amazing employees. I had 2 of the men there recommend it to me. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names, but I'll definitely stop back in the next time I'm up from Fayetteville! It definitely kept me alive on the drive back.
Excellent coffee shop with friendly service and a variety of options! Very reasonably priced and good portions also. I did not get a chance to try any of the food there, but it looked good! Coffee on the other hand was very good. Will definitely go back!
SO much better than Starbucks! You can actually taste both the coffee and the flavors too! I’m never left wishing I asked for extra flavor shots, etc and they are always so nice and friendly here.
I am a coffee expert. For the past few years traveling across America I noticed coffee sold at most establishments taste as if someone was cleaning the coffee maker and served me the wash water with sweetened creamer. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of beans used to brew Gloria Jean's coffee. Beyond the exceptional flavor I noticed the assistant manager actually cared about the quality of coffee brewed, dispensed and sold. I was impressed at the customer service and passion found within the staff even staff who do not drink coffee. Gloria Jean's Coffee is truly a great find for me for exceptionally great tasting coffee a rarity these days.

Located in Crabtree Mall (next to H&M). Lots of seating in the coffee shop, chairs and sofa. Quiet place and the iced coffee was delicious!! I’m used to seeing more Gloria Jeans Coffee shops since I grew up around them in Illinois. But I think this is the only one open in North Carolina?!? So, if you’ve never had tried their coffee before, you’ll definitely enjoy it! Carmel Macchiato is my favorite. ❤️☕️
This location has sandwiches, muffins, hot and cold coffee and teas! Plus they sell lots of syrups and coffee for home!
I’m so glad I checked this place out! The customer service, and beverage were phenomenal. I explained to the barista (who happened to be one of the owners) what I usually get from places like Starbucks and he was able to give me a great suggestion. My son tasted my drink and then decided he wanted one. The owner was super friendly, and down to earth. I’ll be stopping in every time I’m in Crabtree!
Love coming here on my break to get my breakfast before work or being able to sit on their comfy couch after I clock out. The staff are EXTREMELY welcoming, attentive to detail and their drinks/food are delicious! I’ll always be a regular here!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Great service by “Big Joe”. Came in after a rough experience at the Apple store, and needed a place to jump on a couple work calls. He had such a great attitude and was super kind, actually he kind of got me pumped up for my call!
It was also a nice quiet spot for me to handle a couple of meetings at too!
