Thank you so much Raleigh Times for provide us with a beautiful private space for our wedding reception dinner. The restaurant staff was very attentive, kind, professional, and very communicative. It really helped our night run very smoothly. The space was intimate, beautiful, provided a gorgeous rooftop view of the city, and exactly what we pictured for our dinner. The food and drinks were even better than we could’ve imagined. Highly recommend booking the Raleigh Times for your private events/celebrations.

The food and atmosphere were good. This place is very spacious to serve larger parties. Price is reasonable. The reason i reduced a star is because We went there for office lunch. It took almost 30 mins to get the food. During office crunch times in the afternoon, 30 mins may be too much to wait. So if you plan to stop by for lunch, account for some extra wait time.

It was one of the few spots nearby that was open late at night so we tried it out. Food was not that good, pretty basic bar food but they have a great selection of beers and drinks to choose from so that's why I'm giving them 4 stars. Vibes were pretty cool and the service was great. Security and hostess were kind to us and got us seated quickly. if you're looking for a bar to hit up, check this one out.

The Mother-in-law came to town and we found ourselves eating at Raleigh Times after going to a few museums. We followed the sign that said find your own seating . Our server was really friendly and the food didn't take too long to hit the table thereafter. Mum ordered quesadillas. The wife ordered a fried farm fresh egg sandwich. We had one kid in tow and she ordered the Raleigh Time burger and fries. I decided to go with the cheese steak. I'm told by everyone that the food was good. There was no complaints, other than having to wait for me to take pictures of it. My cheese steak was good but a little bit dry. I was a little disappointed with the amount of cheese it had. Typically a cheese steak is quite loaded but it was good nonetheless. This restaurant has quite a few spots to eat at. We didn't realize it at first. There are walkthroughs that allow you to go to the other building without going outside. Our location was a little loud, so it would have been ideal if we seated ourselves in the other building. We noticed that building was less crowded and more quiet. All in all it was a great meal. We had a great time. We definitely would find ourselves back there again.

If it were just about the food I’d probably give Raleigh Times a 4. Food is better than average just tries a little too hard in some places and not hard enough in others. Drinks were good but not strong. That said RT has a great vibe. The servers are friendly and helpful. It’s in a beautiful old building on a busy corner of DTR and the rooftop patio is gorgeous.

Was walking down the street while visiting on a Saturday night and took a spontaneous decision to eat here. A great choice! The atmosphere was very different from what we usually go for, and we sat on the 2nd floor due to it being too cold to sit on the balcony. The two staff members on the 2nd floor were so friendly and the bartender took good care of us. I got the Honey-Jalapeno Chicken sandwich with fries, and it was very favorable! I usually am not a big fan of spicy foods, but this had the perfect blend of spicy and sweetness that will make your nose ting. The bathroom could use a bit more tender loving care, which is my only complaint. Thanks, Raleigh Times, for a nice experience and a full belly.

The burgers we very tasty. We ordered Honey-Jalapeno Chicken, which super tasty. I can only recommend it for those that like spicy food. The Raleigh times burger was also very nice. However, they were not brought at the same time. My kid had to wait for some minutes to get the food. For this and the fact that the bread with the second burger was burned will get them one star less. Otherwise the atmosphere was great, nice music and attentive waitress.

This was the first place I visited in DTR when I first came here 11 years ago. The building(s) are comfortable. Service is always great. Food is always 5-star. I've never had a bad experience here. They have one of the best Cubans around (and I'm from South Florida!), and the Bloody Mary is amaaaaaazing. Will keep recommending and bringing friends here. ❤️

I had the pleasure to visit TRT and experience their wedding and event spaces on THE MAIN FLOOR DINING ROOM and THE SECOND FLOOR BAR AND ROOFTOP DECK and I was so impressed and in love with how unique and versatile this place is! From being able to host intimate weddings on the rooftop deck with such cool view of downtown Raleigh, to rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, reception and even corporate events on the second floor bar and main floor dinning room, this is the perfect one-stop shop for all of your events. Being in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, make it so unique and rich in true NC culture and it has plenty of parking stops nearby.

First time here and whoa, this place is huge! It was a beautiful night so we opted to have dinner on the roof and loved the ambiance. I ordered the mix and match tacos with chicken tinga and barbacoa. Both good, though the barbacoa was hands down my favorite. Very flavorful. My friend was very happy with her Raleigh burger and fries. Will absolutely return when I'm in downtown again.
