Headed over to Panera after discovering a $3 coupon to help satiate my hunger. Ordered my fav…. steak & white cheddar sandwich w/chips. I placed my order via the app and just sat on the bench and awaited my name to show up READY. The process was simple and fast. I will definitely visit again.

After a long day of work at the hospital, I just needed a nice bowl of soup and a grilled cheese to warm me up. Ms. Tracy was absolutely wonderful and made my whole day. She was not only kind and uplifting to me, but she also helped other guests by greeting them by first name basis with familiarity and grace. Happy Friday! I was home watching tv when I realized I was hungry and didn’t feel like making anything. I checked my phone & discovered a $3 off Panera coupon and that made my decision. I drove over and Mobile ordered my previously ordered steak & white cheddar sandwich w/chips. Yummm, so delicious, fast order fulfillment, nice ambiance. Will definitely return.

I experienced a pleasant afternoon at this location. The ordering process in fast and automated with a kiosk, the food is delivered with a smile and the atmosphere was exactly what I needed to complete task on my computer. This is a great location to eat outside and enjoy the weather as well.
Fantastic customer service! Manager Eric promptly corrected an issue with my order on New Years Eve and we truly enjoyed our takeout dinner! I highly recommend this location for the best comfort food and hospitality! Thank you!

This is the best Panera I have ever been to! The staff is really nice and friendly. The managers seem to really care about the customers and going above and beyond. Cafe is old looking but still looks clean. Needs a remodel. Overall great place
