This is the best Dunkin. I try very hard not to go here every morning. Usually Dunkin wins. They never get my coffee wrong ��

I see some of the more negative reviews are 6 months old or so. I’m not sure if something has changed here since then, but I’ve had mostly positive experiences since coming to this location within the past month. I got tired of the issues another nearby Dunkin was having, and started driving the extra 5 minutes to this location instead.
I order ahead with the mobile app, and my order has been ready to go and accurate every time. Once they didn’t have a sandwich ready (my fault- I forgot to click to pay until I was only a minute or 2 away), and they had me pull to the front of the store and brought it out as quick as they could. The people working are often friendly, and only once recently was one guy a bit unpleasant, but maybe he was having one of those days. The line has always been pretty short at this location as well, and moves along quickly, which is a plus.
Occasionally the decaf latte will have a soapy, under-extracted taste, so I don’t know if this is a training issue or a machine issue. The food is good here- croissants are toasted nicely and the new wraps are filling and really tasty.
This location is SOOO much better then some others in the immediate vicinity - such friendly staff and the few times they screwed up they were so friendly and proactive in making it right - will go out of my way to come to this location over other Dunkin's in the area
Food was quite good and hot. John at the cash register did a great job of compassionately greeting all guests and starting everyone’s morning with a smile and a kind word.
These people are great! They will even chop up my fried egg I get on my avacado toast! I drive past a lot of other DD’s just because I like the service here.
Who doesn’t love Munkins. Also enjoy the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Fun is normally good. Service is friendly.
I down loaded the DD app to my phone. I pre order and go thru the drive thru. I tell them my name and drive up grab my order and drive off. I have not once had the wrong coffee or any problems at this location. I do go out of my way to go to this one but worth it. Employees are cheerful and always friendly.
I have always received excellent service ..however this morning i ordered regular extra large hot tea with 2 tea bags... so it will not be weak for extra large??? Drove off and found ONE!!!! Did not want to be delayed... and did not want to turn around..i am trying to maintain the reliable and high level of service i have be ome a accustomed to...
I go to Dunkin Donuts for my morning coffee wherever I am. I go to this particular location because Terry; the manager, and his team are friendly, courteous and make you feel like you are at home. It is always great to start your day with a warm friendly smile and a great cup of coffee. Terry, Dunkin and the entire team are great!
They can get backed up at times but for the most part it goes pretty quickly. Order using the app and it's much faster. Staff at window always seem friendly.
This Dunkin always has friendly staff and they do a great job keeping this facility clean. Great place for a quick bite to eat or a fast lunch meeting for work or play!
