This place is great for grab-n-go! The Caesar Salad is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. I really didn’t expect such a great tasting salad in this small, dated, but nice location within WakeMed hospital. I strongly recommend the Caesar Salad with the croutons chopped in. Just the right amount of dressing that doesn’t overpower the salad like you find at some other places. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!!

Absolutely delicious pastries that far outshine most other popular places in the area. I was truly surprised how good this place is considering its located at a hospital. If I worked here I'd be incredibly fat, lol. The subs and sandwiches are also very good but I'd rate them more of a 4*.

OMG! If you have not experienced the food here you must make a special trip just to try it! One of my favorite restaurants! I love the chopped freshly made to order salads! Best I have ever eaten!

The perfect place to grab a bite to eat. Fresh salads, soups, yogurt, and not to mention the baked goods. This place may bring you in with wonderful aromas, but has the flavors to back it up.

Thanks to Lori for suggesting the Chipotle Turkey sandwich yesterday. It was sooo delish! I had half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Today I tried Philly Cheesesteak. Again soooo delish. The whole menu looks very good. I'll be coming back 😀

Man, you have to try the muffins. I was so surprised at how good they were. I'm not saying that like I expected them to taste bad either. I'm saying that from the perspective of just being blown away. Wow. I mean wow.
