I highly recommend this Popeyes location for its great and speedy service, as well as its clean and beautiful interior. The staff is friendly, attentive and nice. Moreover, the meal I ordered, crispy chicken with french fries and sweet ice tea, was absolutely mouthwatering. I cannot forget to mention the soft and delicious biscuit that came with the meal. Everything was perfect and I will surely be returning to this Popeyes location again.

The ladies here deserve a raise or a tip jar. By far, the best popeyes in the Raleigh area!!!! Always polite and respectful and willing to make your order fresh. And always greet you the correct way. I just wish popeyes would bring the Cajun rice back!!!
This was a great experience. My fiance and I eat lunch frequently in the area and decided to give Popeyes a try. Loved how the store was decorared and the variety of seating (booths, tables, bar). Self serve drinks. The staff were super polite and after mentioning to Sade that we had never ate there, she was quick to give us suggestions! I was made aware that there was a "well worth the wait" on the blackened chicken which I agreed to. We were pleasantly surprised how tender both the cajun and the blackened chicken were amazing but the latter I was blown away. Last of all I believe the value is amazing. For $7.50 (two sides), we ordered too much food. The sides are so huge that the cheaper combo of one side will suffice.
They forgot one of our sides but quickly resolved the issue. The great tasting food and customer service gave me no choice but to give this restaurant 5 stars. I will be going back!

This was my first time eating at a Popeyes and it did not disappoint. The flavors are a bit different than what we’re used to in NC, but that’s what sets this chain apart from the typical Bojangles and KFC.
We got a blackened 3 tender platter and a spicy 3 tender platter. The ‘blackened’ style chicken tenders are not breaded. The ‘mild’ and ‘spicy’ styles are breaded. We loved the blackened! The spicy was also very good and I would get it again. These were cooked perfect and some of the tenderest, juiciest chicken tenders I’ve ever gotten anywhere. No fatty pieces or gristle either which made them seem higher quality than most fast-food tenders.
The chicken tenders are very skinny and small, but the generous portions of the sides still filled me up and I couldn’t finish my food. Next time I’ll just get the combo which is one side instead of two. Hopefully the amount of food will be just as much and this wasn’t just a fluke.
At first I wasn’t a fan of their onion rings because the breading on them is heavy and somewhat dry. But about halfway through eating them they were growing on me and I began to like them.
This location on Western Blvd is still very new and nice. The parking lot was clean. It wasn’t spotless clean on the inside, but it just needed a good sweeping after the noon lunch crowd. Also, our order was originally sent out wrong - they gave us a combo instead of the platter. I still give them 5 stars for the good food and great customer service! Their cashier Sade was extremely friendly and polite.
They definitely retrained their staff. The new employees seem like they’re all friends and are incredibly friendly in the drive thru. Smiles and good manners. Super impressed, fast and efficient. Super pleased and impressed. They all deserve raises.

As I’m obsessed with fried chicken, one of my friend recommended me this place. Love the place, love the staff and lastly the food.
I have seen many people saying it’s oily oily, you are having a FRIED CHICKEN, what can you expect, grow up people grow up.
To staff: forget what people say, you guys are amazing serving an amazing food, ISABELLA who took the order was super friendly, took time explaining me the entire menu, didn’t try to sell anything, made sure that nothing non-halal was delivered in the order, amazing person.
Even though I live in Morrisville which is like 12 miles from here will be back for sure.

I loved this place. Always a big fan of their bone in Halal Chicken. Just found out that they use Beef shortening which is Not Halal. I will not be eating here anymore until they change that. 😢
Tbh this is one of the cleanest Popeyes branches i been to, and the drive thru process was really good, the employees were friendly and helpful and the food tasted so good, hoping they keep this level of service here.
