Great old-style hot dog stand. Good prices, fast and friendly service. Pleasant outdoor seating for sitting back and watching the traffic go by. The crinkle-cut fries are outstanding.
For a quick bite on the run, you can’t beat Snoopy’s in Raleigh. I just visited (Thursday at 12:40pm) @ lunch time. Had the hot dog/fries/drink combo, but chicken salad is also delicious as I’ve had that before. Less than a 5 minute wait between ordering and getting food. Staff was quick and polite!
Parking is minimal, but turnover is quick so not much of an issue.
We swung through on the spur of the moment Saturday, October 7th around 1:30/2:00. I got the Chicken Salad salad, he got the 2 hot dog special. The food was fresh, delicious & reasonably priced, but beyond that, I want to say how helpful & kind the fella was at the window taking orders. I know good help is hard to find these days & I think you have a gem in him!
The service was pleasant and welcoming. The food delivery wait time was beyond satisfaction. The temp of food when served was maximum perfection, and made adequately and correctly according to customers specific detailed order requests.

It's was very delicious and I will be going back soon. Best hotdog I ever had.
1st time here and I was not disappointed. My cousin wanted 2 hot dogs chili and mustard. She said get you something. I got a single cheeseburger all the way. Boy oh boy delicious. Service was quick, busy and fairly fast.
Best locally owned place like it. Amazing hot dogs and burgers that have been a Raleigh favorite since 1978. I highly recommend it!
Double cheeseburger 🍔 w/fries, bacon 🥓 and drink was definitely good here. Will be back.
