Had an issue with doordash and I spoke with a manager named Kai and he was really nice and accommodated me for the mistakes. Good job with service despite order not having everything

Every time i come in if anything is wrong Anthony always makes it right. This is the best tasting taco bell in the area. If you are in garner at the one on 70 go ahead up the road for better taste and service!! Thank you Anthony for always having great customer service!!
Went through the drive-thru on 10/9 around 7ish and ordered a Dragonfruit freeze. The line moved pretty quickly. When I got the drink the young lady said she made it with care and I believed her. When I first got it there was a swirl of pink through the white slush. On my first sip, I think I saw a Unicorn. I wanted to go back to get another one last night, but I have a shred of self control. So, I'll go get one today.
This TACO BELL gives outstanding customer service every time we go. The food is prepared to the standards it should. They use safety for good health. Marcus makes this TACO BELL stand out for the great service, also the staff that works here. There is a TACO BELL closer to us in Garner, NC 27529 off Hwy. 70. They do not have the service we wish they had. One time we went they wouldn't issue enough sauce. They we waited in a long line & someone came out & put a traffic cone up in front of our car and said we don't have enough staff. They waited on everyone before us. We could see why we couldn't be waited on & then put the cone up. Very unhappy & disappointed of the poor, bad customer service. We past the word on this place & we keep going to the TACO BELL on 3224 S Wilmington St. Raleigh, NC 27603. Have been going to this one for 20 + years, will continue going to this one where we can depend on GREAT SERVICE from Marcus & Staff. Thanks!
