Yes,this place is awesome! Stopped to get my son a hot dog. And I got some onion rings,the best onion rings I’ve ever had!
By far the best cheeseburger I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned with fresh ingredients! The chicken tenders will win the hearts of chicken lovers everywhere! The fries not so much,they had so much salted seasoning that no one could eat them. Support local business so we can continue to have the deliciousness that comes from Community Deli!
First time here today. What you might want to know:
Sanitation grade of 96 as of today.
Very limited parking. You will probably have to park somewhere along Oberlin or Van Dyke like I did.
There are only a couple of tables outside so more than likely you will be getting your food to go.
There are no combos. Everything is a la carte.
They do accept major credit cards.
Everything I had was good. The JBQ burger, the crinkle fries, and the lemonade (a little over $10). Stop by if you're in the neighborhood. I think it'll be worth your while.
I'm so glad that I went to the Oberlin Village area and found this cute spot. The cooks and cashiers were wonderful. I ordered the Seth Bomb. It was delicious! Please check out this place. Don't miss out!

Community Deli is the perfect little quaint lunch spot. One table inside, just barely enough room for a few people to stand and wait for their orders. The cashier calls the order back to the cooks who whip it up promptly. Fresh lemonade, little cookies and cakes. Daily specials. And everything is a nice price to boot!

My girlfriend lives on the next street over, and every visit I have to stop in at least once to enjoy a quick neighborhood lunch on the patio.
I pass by this place a lot and have always thought it looked so cute. Today I decided to try it and enjoyed it! I can't tell you how excited I am to have found a restaurant that's walking distance from my house where I can get a huge cup of collard greens. I love collards. I also had the shroom burger, fries, and a brownie. The container the fries comes in is very cute, never change it! The burger and brownie were good too. Overall a delightful little restaurant.
I used to live nearby and would go by daily. I love their food. I could call ahead and it would be ready when I arrived. Or I could stop by and eat out in front on one of the beautiful days that we have here in Raleigh.
The owners are so cordial and friendly. Everything is made to order! I wish I had a deli close by which was as good!!!

Found this little deli/grill 2 weeks ago and decided to stop. Got a bbq sandwich and French fries. It was very good. My French fries were undercooked so I did not eat them. I visited again today for lunch and got another BBQ sandwich. I mentioned to the owner about the French fries and she didn’t charge me for lunch today. I felt that was the kindest thing! I love small business and hometown food spots. This little place is one point with good food.
I've been meaning to check out this groovy little spot for years I liked it. I would request though that you ask if it's a service animal before you just tell someone to leave. I acquiesced to his request and waited outside while my friend ordered for both of us not that big of an issue but issue enough for me to bring it up in a review.
They have been off so gracious in letting in the pup the past several times I've been.

Good deals daily. We live in the neighborhood, but if we didn't, we would still drive over.. had a great employee that got into a motorcycle/scooter accident..haven't seen him in a while but we would use him as an excuse to go A LOT..great conversation
Easily the BEST collards I have ever have in my life. Even better than my grandmas. I am officially obsessed.
