I don’t come here often but when I do the food is always hot and fresh. The store is clean and the girl Donyel is amazing. She was very helpful and very nice. Excellent customer service and great food. I’m hooked

Staff wasn't aware of kids meals, had to get managers' help to key in. Doors were not open at 10 am, , others were waiting as well. Went with my grandson after a dental appointment. Love the food. Mac and cheese was on point, Chicken always fresh. Just the neighborhood is sketchy.
I resisted for a long time but finally gave into the hype and tried the Popeye's chicken sandwich. My opinion in the debate against Chick-fil-a's chicken sandwich......both are good for different reasons. Chick-fil-a's is familiar and has the right spice BUT the Popeye's sandwich brings the crispy breading and delicious bun. I'm not a divider, I'm down with both. It's a thumbs up for me.
I got lucky and tried these a couple Thursdays ago... arguably the best chicken sandwich I've had at a fast food restaurant. I'm a diehard Bo Cajun Filet biscuit guy so.....
Is this place perfect? No, definitely not.
Slow experience? Yes
But the food was delicious, like perfect.
Just keep in mind it’s about 4 teenagers and 1ish adults on one of the busiest intersections in Raleigh
Friendly staff as well.
Got the new classic chicken sandwhich. So Delicious!!! Definetly better than chik-fil-Who??? Not too much of a wait compared to other Popeyes these past few days.
Customer service what's good, used drive thru. Timelines was good. Food is good when hot but once it cools, kinda bland.
Clean and nice. Just toke longer then expected and employees were arguing. Nice cashier thou
