My kids highly recommended Jimmy John’s and so our family got together and tried it. At first I wasn’t so excited, telling myself that kids simply want to hang out here with their friends. I ordered one of their new and summer menu. Whoa! First bite is really terrific. Loved it. Of course, when you see your kids enjoying their meals, it also brings simple happiness. Looking forward to the next hang out with my kids here. Highly recommended by this dad.
My go to sandwich shop in the area. They are as they say, freaky fast. The food is good and it’s in an area that’s not HORRIBLE to get in and out of as it’s not fully in the shopping center. They also have had great customer service - I ordered a sandwich to pick up and showed a few mins earlier than suggested. They asked for my name and whipped it up right then and there. I know more than a few places that would have made you wait. Very happy with Jimmy John’s here and hope you will be too
Was not a customer. Someone bought me a sandwich 🥪. It was fabulous. Can't speak about service. I didn't enter.
It takes a lot for me to be in awe of every day customer service but I had to stop and give a hearty and grateful shout out to the entire team of Jimmy Johns in Brier Creek. I am usually there now weekly (budget permitting) after my son's Taewondo class.
It is no secret that there are staff shortages across most businesses these days. Often the shortages are severe. Jimmy John's is no exception. But despite this reality the team has given outstanding customer service.
They are all pleasant and eager to get you fed as quickly as they can. They smile (which is a lost art) and work so that the sandwiches are made to order, fresh and delicious. Myra, Justice and John are standouts, as are all the team members whose names I don't know.
Continue to have pride in the work that you do and thank you sincerely for making me feel like a valued customer. Btw: the subs are great too!! 😊
I’m A frequent flyer to this location specifically out of convenience & consistently gd customer service. Today however was different. It took a pretty long time for online order to be ready but they were really busy as I watched the orders pile up with walk in and online so no problem. HOWEVER, I gave 5 stars STILL and especially today because whoever baked this batch of bread seriously hit the perfection button. I often get the #11 unwich cause the bread is sometimes hard/ over baked. I’m sooo thankful and pleased today by whoever made my sandwich cause not only was the bread perfect, my sandwich was layered abundantly with the right ratio of everything. I can’t eat a whole 8inch but I almost died trying to overstuff getting half down. I would patronize this location even more if the perfect bread maker is in again like today on 1/5/23. So whoever you are Super shout out well deserved! Thankyou… that’s all.

I absolutely LOVE Jimmy John's, and this location is wonderful! I finally convinced my husband to try them out again about a week or so ago after he claimed to dislike their sandwiches - his reasoning is that he had mainly had it through corporate/catered events and the toppings he'd pick off weren't his favorites. Since our first order (again, about a week ago) we've ordered again I think like... five times?!
Anyone that hasn't had Jimmy Johns before, definitely needs to try it out! Their bread is SO SO good, I am a vegetarian and the quality of their fresh vegetables is superb! Even if you have had Jimmy Johns - order from this location, they definitely work hard to make sure their customers are happy.
The Kickin' Ranch is another huuuuge reason to order, idk what they put in that stuff but it's like magic. The staff is always super friendly, and we get our food "Freaky Fast" every single time.
If you're still wondering if you should order for the first time (or again), the answer is always yes.... because, sandwich.
