I frequent here multiple times a week for lunch. The whole lunch crew here is great! They’ve never gotten my order wrong. They’re always in awesome moods and most importantly your satisfaction is their priority! Mr. Tommy who works in the front can always bring a smile to my face. And the manager (I believe is Bobby) does a great job about checking on customers!
The food and service was great, friendly and efficient, but the floor and tables were a mess and when we were about done eating I finally saw someone cleaning. We found one clean table and we sat there. All the other ones were dirty and the floor near the entrance felt slippery I thought someone could get hurt and there was no sign to warn of the wet floor. I know they knew it was slippery because it was near the entrance to the registers. I did like that service is faster inside than the drive thru.
Tommy you made our day! My little one said... "Wow he was really nice. He brought us a mint." If Chick-fil-A could put a Tommy on every interior, they would be really upping their customer service game even higher.
Wow! This franchise get the A+ Award. The meal is awesome and the food is served 🔥. Today of all the times we visited, there were no long lines. Yiiipppeeee! All the other places had lines...but, it didn't last long. As I got our food, the lines quickly built up...I am so happy, I beat the crowd. I work in a fast food so I always appreciate a good experience Caleb and Samuel were excellent and they had a great smile everyone was friendly but these two stuck out I will def come back again and again
The Staff are like family! Not your real famiy but the one you wish you had! They smile when you walk in or drive up, they make you feel like they were waiting just for you and that's when they drop the goodness on you!
They talk to you like a person. The staff actually listen to your request and if you ask they, they will even give you suggestions on what's good, what's great and WHAT'S FULL OF DELICIOUSNESS (chocolate chip cookies).
When you get to the pickup station a staff member will bring your order out and call you by name to make the right person is getting the right awesomeness!!
What can I say? ChickFilA is the bomb-diggitiest fast food place there is. Chicken nuggets grilled or fried, chicken sandwiches, and fries? Couple that with a play place and the app for points, and it’s fun for the whole family.
