They are extremely fast with getting food out. They were always around our table taking away plates as soon as they were empty. I can honestly say I can’t remember when I have had such great service. Food was amazing except for one item (calamari was too chewy, but had good flavor). I highly, highly recommend the tempura. We drove an hour to get here yesterday and I can’t wait to do it again.
The staff is friendly and keep things moving. This is fresh made all you can eat sushi, not a buffet. A great price, good quality and if you have non-sushi friends they have cooked food to satisfy them as well.
If you are looking for all you can eat sushi, look no further. This is the BEST all you eat place I have ever been to! The system they use to take orders makes the process so smooth. All you do is use the marker at your table to mark, on the menu, the rolls and appetizers you would like. Then you turn on the light at your table and the server comes and takes the menu. Granted there are rules to this process but that is expected at any sushi place. I have been multiple times and have had an excellent experience each time. Keep up the good work!

Soft music, calm atmosphere, attentive and kind service. Their system for alerting the staff that you want more food is simple and ingenious. I also love how you can select ingredients for a custom roll.
We would like to put Orchid in the list of our favorite sushi places. We got Can Eat All menu with $30/ person. We enjoyed many kind of rolls, fresh fishes such as salmon, tuna, white tuna and shrimp. Seaweeds salad and soup are tasty. The orders came quickly and great services. But The restroom is not clean, hope it will improve in cleaning. I guess $20/ each person is also a good deal for lunch but doesn’t have many kinds of rolls.
Definitely will come back. Highly recommend try dinner all you can eat.

Good for all you can eat. Love that the rolls were made fresh to order. Totally missed the custom roll option since there were just sooooo many choices and we didn't want to over order. Kinda wish they came with fewer pieces so I could've tried more. Going with more than one person would definitely help with that. Would visit again.
Orchid's manages to be some of the best sushi with the quickest service with the kindest staff in the area.
Time after time, they are consistent at providing amazing service and incredible food, no matter how busy the place is.
Their menu system is one of the reasons why I love this place. With just a marker and a laminated menu, you mark your order and place it to the side. Within seconds someone has already picked up your order, and it's only a minute or two before your food is on the table. It's astonishing how fast they are sometimes.
If you love an all you can eat style sushi spot, Orchid's is a must-try for the area.
It was probably the best sushi I've ever had. Went with my mom and daughter while visiting Raleigh and it was perfect! We ordered unlimited and our sushi came on a boat! It was very cute and the service was quick. I didn't like the ordering process because it was very confusing, but the food was delicious.

One of my favorite places in Raleigh. The buffet is amazing with everything made fresh and the service is always top notch. The wait staff is incredibly attentive and they like to joke around/have fun.
I've already been several times and will absolutely be back. I always plan to take friends and family anytime they visit from out of state too.
Don't sit the appetizers either. The crab cheese, teriyaki selection (snapper, beef, and chicken), dumplings, and coconut shrimp are all excellent.
Went here for the first time today, and this place was so good! Is it fancy sushi, well no. However, it tastes way better than a lot of other places (way better than the other AYCE Rockin’ Rolls) and the fact that there’s quite a lot of sushi, hibachi and appetizer options for only $30 really is a great deal. We drove nearly an hour to this place, and we’ll definitely return!
