Kids pizza for our children. They ate it up. Asked for half pepperoni and half cheese. Daughter said the pepperoni was too spicy. Ordered online, went inside to the bar, paid for the pizza and waited at least 5 to 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Plenty of seating, bathroom is nice and the people and bar are nice too.
We had just finished a long hike through the state park earlier that day, and we were very hungry. Neither of us had eaten here before, but we love wood-fired pizza and thought we'd give it a try. I'm glad we did! I had the Ceasar Salad with substituted White Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and an Arnie (sweet iced tea & lemonade). My husband ordered the Americo Pizza, and we split an order of Brixx Stixx. All the food arrived quickly and tasted great! Our server, Taylor P., was friendly and attentive, and refills were brought out even before we could ask for them! If we are ever in this area again, we will return to eat again.
Love Brixx! Always great food and not the most beers on tap but always good beer on tap to choose from. Get the 4x4 for a great meat and cheese pizza. Add some Kalamata olives for some flare! But all the pizzas are great. It's a win whatever you choose.
Had lunch here yesterday for the first time. My experience here was just okay. I had the 4x4 pizza and was able to customize it to my liking which was a plus. The pizza was big enough just for myself. I'm not opposed to eating here in the future.

I’m big on staff kindness and this restaurant definitely had it. Right from the entrance staff was kind and attentive to our needs. The waiters and waitresses had a great attitude overall.
Now to the food. The pizza pictured was a thin crust spicy sausage honey flavor with Arnie’s tea on the side. If you like half and half (ice tea + lemonade), you’ll love this. I had ice in mine which diluted the flavor to a good spot. It was so good I drank 4 cups of it! The pizza itself was top notch in flavor and consistency, but my two main gripes are that the crust was only served thin and it was a little dry. I had to ask for some ranch on the side to finish it off. Moreover, the napkins provided are cloth material and don’t really clean your hands well to remove all the pizza crust particles. Didn’t ask if they provided paper napkins, but will do it next time.
4.5/5 because of the small details. Definitely will be coming back though!
Service was great, attentive, friendly. We both got mixed drinks - they seemed weak, overly sweet. Definitely unimpressed. Tried the hummus duo - red pepper one is spicy, good. The regular one was solid. The flatbread was delicious.
For dinner we ordered the shrimp scampi. That recipe needs to be reworked. Bland, absolutely uninteresting. We also had the Penne Pomodoro with meatballs. That was freakin’ awesome. I would go back just for that. The sauce was incredible, the meatballs perfect texture, and it was piping hot.
Where to go on a Monday night for dinner with good friends? You can’t go wrong with Brixx at Brier Creek! First, $2.50 draft beers. Second, the impeccable service and delightful staff. Third, the food. It’s a no brainer. We had a large party and Brixx was able to accommodate without issue. Our food came fast and it was delicious. Also, I can’t think of any other way to spend a Monday with good friends than $2.50 draft beers and pizza! Thanks Brixx for a great time.
Had a great time with friends! We ordered the artichoke and spinach dip which was really good. Also ordered some pizzas and pasta. I had the mad Italian which was spicy and great! The mac and cheese is really good! Service was great!
The pizza was perfectly cooked with amazing service. Theres also really nice seating outside for a good day. Not too long of a waiting time and lots of parking space.
