The food was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was lively and popping! There was a crowd the whole time I was there. There's light music playing in the background, but you may not hear it with all the merriment going on. There's a parking lot next door that is reasonable. I was charged $2.00 for 1-2hrs.
The Apple Streusel Biscuit Bread Pudding is to die for!!! I would definitely "slap my mama" for another bite!

Offering a wide array of southern delicacies, this place packs in the flavor … and the people. Brunch goes until 3 on the weekends and the wait can be up to an hour. We got there just before brunch service ended and there was still a 20 minute wait. Well worth it though…even without the brunch menu available there was still plenty of mouth watering dishes to choose from. We each ordered a chicken breast, Toby got the waffle with his. The chicken was delicious, everything I want in southern style fried chicken. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The waffle was one of the best I’ve ever had. Truly. Crispy yet fluffy, you could eat it without the syrup. For sides we shared the Pimento Mac & Cheese Custard. As the name implies, this is good old-fashioned baked mac & Cheese with an egg and cheddar base. The use of Pimento cheese really made it scrumptious. Our other side was Cheese Grits Fries: they take congealed cheesy grits, slice it up then roll it in cornmeal and deep fry them. So amazing. Served with malt aioli and chow-chow
Pretty good not perfect but I feel like if I went again it would be better.
Chicken was slightly burned everything was very hot except the biscuit was slightly cold.
I can tell that if it was executed better it would have been really good and it probably is most of the time so I'm going to come back.

This is the best chicken I ever had! The sides are amazing! Hands down my new favorite place! Parking across the street and kid friendly. No stairs so all can join! But the food takes the cake. I ate it all and for the photo. Got chicken and waffles, colored greens, Mac and cheese.
Service was fast, bartender was really nice and my drink was great , the collards were really good , I ordered a boneless thigh, I might try a different cut of chicken next time. Could be seasoned just a tad bit but everything was good. Pimento Mac was different but good
Took my daughter & nephew for brunch! Our server was very attentive. She had great energy!
We tried 4 items on the menu... waffle and eggs, pot pie & Reaper & Nashville chicken sandwiches. I don't like thigh meat, but I did bite the sandwiches. I still dont like thigh meat, so i guess Beasleys didn't make me a believer.
My daughter loved the pot pie, the gravy was very tasty & the waffle was the best I've had anywhere hands down. My nephew didn't want to share the waffle with us. He's 2...Trust me the waffle is really good!
I get the same thing every time I go here so I can’t recommend a lot from the menu but only because I haven’t tried it. That said, I’m in here a couple times a month to get the best fried chicken I’ve had in Raleigh. And as good as the chicken is, the collard greens are better. I round the meal off with an order of fries. The fries are a good size for sharing and they come with a choice of dipping sauces…
Finally tried the Mac and Cheese and recommend it without reservations. It’s very homey. A great ‘baked’ M&C with a crusty chewy cheesy top, a mild spice from the pimento, and a great melty texture.
It was a little loud when we first got there(530ish) and a wait time of 30ish min. But they had a space at the bar not long after we got there! Bartender/Server was very nice and informative up front about what they were already out of and she made good drinks. The menu on the wall was neat. It got quieter when our food was served. So you Can't go wrong with delicious juicy chicken! They also have vegetarian options.
My wife gave me the heads up about this place, she raved about it for weeks. We stopped in for brunch and it definitely lived up to the hype. The waffles were light and airy, the chicken was flavorful, and the mimosas were plenty, and for a very decent price. I highly recommend this place.
Had the Chicken and waffles. It was so good. One of the best places I’ve been too. On top of the food, the service was amazing. Friendly people and kept checking on. It’s a must try food.
