OUTSTANDING WAY TO GO APPLEBEE'S!!! We stopped on 11/11/23 for Veterans Day, and they had American flags outside and military flags hanging throughout the restaurant. When we walked up to the hostess, she asked us if either of us were military and gave my husband a veterans menu and a card for a Sam Adams. When the hostess walked us to our table, she thanked my husband for his service. Our server was Debbie H. and she was MARVELOUS she was personable, efficient, and kind, and she also thanked my husband for his service. On 11/3/23, Lay was our server, and she was magnificent, kind, and efficient. Fantastic customer service!!! Our waitress was Emily, and she was very efficient and personable. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. Don't forget 1/2 price appetizers after 10:00 pm.
Good food and good service. When we ordered 2 different items they helped us to save the cost clubbing together with an existing deal. Good place.
We always enjoy this place. Stopped in after a long day, on our way home since it's just in the neighborhood. Very convenient when you want something good but don't want the typical day good junk. Prices are always good, food is always good and the staff at our local spot is friendly.
Just went back again on Veterans Day and my veteran husband had a few meal. Thank you Applebee's!
I ate here Friday night. Had a short 10 min wait to be seated. The waitress was the best! Very attentive. The food was cooked perfect and serve time was great.
I stopped going to Applebee’s regularly about a decade ago. One stop in Illinois about a month ago was really bad. But this location is EXCELLENT!! And it shows with their packed house. Benchmark this restaurant and have them train you lower performing ones and maybe the brand will come back.
We we greeted right away and sat, we were given a choice of booth or table. We chose a booth it was comfortable. We ordered off the 2 for 25 menu. We upgraded to the choices were 2 for $32 I ordered the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It came on a sizzling skillet. I thought it was flavorful and would order again. My husband ordered the steak and upgraded to the 8oz for an additional $2. He enjoyed his but was stealing my grilled onions and mushrooms. He would have enjoyed them on his steak. We picked the spinach dip appetizer it was good also. Our server was very good.
Seated fairly quickly.... Service was good ... Food was good ... Good stopping point for us weekend travelers ...
We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so attentive, took care of our two toddlers and each meal was cooked perfectly and tasted great!! Excellent staff at this location, will be back!
The food was good... the bartender/waitress that we had was a bit unfriendly. I was there with my elderly grandma and a young child, which seems to be bothersome to her.
We were seated in the bar, which was a little loud for my sister but hey, it was the bar. We all ordered either Bourbon Street Steak or Parmesan Steak and Shrimp. The steaks were wonderful and soooo tender. We really enjoyed them! The manager visited our table to make sure we were happy with everything and our server was great.
Went there twice in last month for work/friend parties. Both visits had a large group. I was happily surprised at how well the waitresses separated the checks! The 2 for 1 drinks made it even better! Blue long iced teas were great!
