Nice English style pub with 10 competition style dart boards. It has 3 sections - outdoor covered patio with its own bar, main bar / dining area and dart room that is quite spacious.
We had fish and chips which you can upgrade to cod for a small up charge. Went with the standard fish - swai. It was a nice firm white fish that was very moist and perfectly battered.
Waitress was attentive and made sure drinks were never empty and food was to our liking. I drank Smithwick which is not easily found but is a great Irish red ale that I find to be very smooth tasting.
This place is awesome, I had a house salad with a deep fried artichoke appetizer. They just get it, great staff, ice cold beer, and life changing food. I would've rated it ten stars but it only let me give five.
The food was delicious and hot. Great customer service. The only complaint that would have is that my mother is in a wheelchair and the only seating that could accommodate her was outside, and the day we were there, it was 98 degrees. All the tables inside the restaurant are high tops. Unfortunately, our server didn't offer to move a table inside for us, and we didn't ask just a little frustrating.
First time visitors. Best burgers I had in years. The British mustard had a great snap to it which complemented the "chips" perfectly. Great variety of craft beers. Can play a game if darts. Music was lively but not too loud. There seemed to be a lot of friends meeting up for a bite together. Well worth a stop in. Great selection of beers - food is really good - my wife and son loved the fish sandwich - I gave it a 4/5 - the bangers and mash are solid - it’s a great place overall. Go inside to enjoy the atmosphere

Amazing time! The French martini special was delicious, fish and chips was the best I’ve had in the area. Atmosphere here was super fun, staff all friendly, lots of dart boards, good music.
We had heard good things about the Ice House so we gave it a try. This is the first time in my many trips to Punta Gorda that I actually found a place that felt like a younger local crowd. The bartenders really went the extra mile to craft each drink to perfection. Great selection of draft beers and if you like to play darts this is your nirvana.
Looking forward to our next visit.
Loved the Micro brews and Fish sandwich. Waitress was awesome. But also, everyone is awesome after 8pm since 70% of establishments in Punta Gorda want to close after 8pm. Sorry I'm not dead yet!
Went there for lunch today. Sat at the bar since we like to meet and talk to other people. Our bartender was Rob and was very nice. Hubby & I both ordered The Shamble which is an Angus beef burger smothered with sautéed mushrooms, onions, bacon & provolone cheese. Topped with chopped iceberg lettuce, tomato and homemade ranch dressing - no bread with this 😊
It was very delicious! Only reason I did not rate it a 5 was because there was very little mushrooms or onions. The menu states it is smothered with them. But would definitely get it again.
Ice House was recommended by people at LeRoys so I stopped by. Great European style pub with dart board leagues, great bears ok bourbons and whiskeys. Love the really high ceilings and vibes. Devon was great, Joe was nice. I really love the vibe here the people were great metacouple Wisconsin people all is good in Florida in February.
This place is good the atmosphere is good this is our third time being here but the third time they have one waiter taking care of literally 20 Tables by himself while they have three people behind the bar which don't need to be that many people it's a little ridiculous waiting over an hour and a half for food so I wouldn't say I wouldn't recommend this place it is good the food's good atmosphere is good enough parking and in space.
