Mcdonald's

The manager on shift at 5:02 this afternoon was talking to her employee in a disrespectful way. He made my food wrong she took it back a d said her do you not know how to read. Like what! Who gave her the play to talk to people like that at least he showed up. Something needs to be done about this manager ASAP I would NEVER treat my staff that way because they made a mistake that takes 1 minute to fix.

I live right next to this McDonald’s. They're horrible. For one, I don’t go for lunch because there was once hair and my big mac. Then they gave me attitude for going inside and asking for another one. Not like I had the appetite for it anyway. Then months later I try to go for breakfast. Get in the drive thru line at about 10:50. They’re so slow that the line is not moving. I finally get to the window at 11:00 and proceed to watch her change the menu on the screen and tell me they don’t have anymore breakfast lol. Place is a joke.

Slow inside service... Seems that they take care of the drive-ins first..... I was in the area and went into the store to get a quick bite to eat. I asked the young lady who works there to help me with my order, and she ignored me and started speaking spanish with someone. I finally figured it out and it took about 20 minutes to get my order.... Next time I will stay hungry and go somewhere else. Their service takes too long.
