Applebee's

The young lady that served us was nice. My wife's riblets came out cold not even room temperature. Her French fries were hot and pretty good. My salad was good. My son's bowl had chicken instead of steak. The IPA beer My wife got was good. The manager did take the salad off the check without us even asking him too. That was a nice gesture. The food took forever to come out. I don't think we would come back to this location.

We were traveling through to Buffalo and wanted a quick lunch so we were at the bar for lunch today and the young lady at the bar was.very accommodating she made it a very pleasant experience. I would give her 5 stars, Lunch was good and we packed up our leftovers for our trip. It was very clean - and so was the restroom.

The wait staff was really nice and made sure frequently that we didn't need anything. Only complaints is that the two orders of French fries was just ends and pieces of fries. Was like they came out of the bottom of a bag. Our steaks were ordered as medium rare and all three steak orders was well done and tough. One was a ribeye and the other 2 were sirloin. Expected better of the steaks.

Yesterday's service was poor at best. Took 20 minutes after waitress looking at us to come and ask what we needed, went ahead and placed order to get cold soup, no refills on drinks, no other drink we ordered. Our waitress was laughing and eating customers food at the bar instead of paying attention to her tables. Very disappointed experience are best. Will think twice about going back anytime soon

My wife and I went in a couple of days ahead of Mother's Day. We ordered the "2 for $30" meals. The mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They came out so over cooked the cheese that broke out of the bread covering was burnt black. (..and they still served it..) The sticks were hollow. So we asked for a replacement. My wife ordered Chicken Alfredo, the meat was burnt black on the edges. I ordered simple chicken tender meal with barbaque sauce. Got mustered sauce. My wife ordered a hot tea. Waitress said, "I don't know how they do that here." I answered, "It usually involves hot water and a tea bag." When the bill came they said the credit up for the mozzarella sticks which was included in the meal. They charged us for an order and then credited us. That was a screw up. Pointed out that mistake and then they gave us 10% off. $3.50 off whoopie!! This is the third time and final time we were there in a year. All three times mistakes were made. We are done there. Too many other places who get the order right the first time.
