Captain D's

I have always liked this restaurant but our last visit was a bust. Two people behind the counter, a young man who seemed to be in training by a woman; he was pleasant, took our order. Later I went to the counter to order cheesecake, he called to the back to have it brought out. A few minutes later the woman who had previously been out front came through the kitchen door and literally tossed it 4 feet down the back counter where it landed with plop and slid down to him, as if she was amused by it. I wasn't. And I don't understand. The dessert didn't resemble the menu picture, was too cold to enjoy, but the entire meal experience was ruined by her unprofessional behaviour.

The drive thru lady was very nice.order was fresh food was good but what's didnt like is I asked for tarter sauce and lemon .by the time the order came out the lady was distracted talking with friends and allowing kids to run behind the front counter and talking and hugging.By the time my order was handed to me and we got back to hotel no tarter sauce no lemon and other sauces I didn't even ask for...very frustrating to see and very frustrating to experience but the food is worth going there.captain D's is so much better than Long John's I will be going back just hope it's not a duplicate from last night
