Buffalo Wild Wings

We dined in on a weekday. They sat us immediately and you could tell there was one waiter for our corner and he was constantly going! He was very welcoming, very funny and sweet. He was great with the kids, I can’t rave enough about Steven. Food portions and taste were great! Hubby loved the beer. It was a long time since we’ve been to you BWW and he definitely reminded us of what we’ve been missing. We’ll be back soon, thanks Steven!

They had a Long wait due to low kitchen staff- but that wasn’t a problem for us. Didn’t mind the wait. Now the bartender didn’t know basic drinks and made a drink on their menu very wrong twice so we just opted for water. Then all our food came out except the most simple one (a salad) it came out 10 minutes later and my family was already done eating. My salad barely had any chicken whatsoever. All the food was cold to warm when it did come out.

The food was pretty good at most. It was barely warm and it was not crowded by no means so there was no excuse for that. Our food came out two plates at a time, when 9 times out of 10 it all comes out at once. My appetizer (the easiest one chips and salsa) came out midway throught the meal. To top it off, my wife ordered a wrap and somehow it took 20 minutes to make that when all our food (myself and two boys) came out in 10 minutes. I understand some places are short staffed (which they were not at all) and have problems training workers, but a multi million dollar company like Buffalo Wild Wings should train there people better than that. Very disappointing for a mediocre $80 meal for my family!

We were rudely told there would be a wait and gave the lady our number to know when they're ready. We waited and never received a text so we walked back in and told another lady who was now working the front that we had been waiting. The first girl comes out and starts whispering something to the other worker. Food wasn't near as good as Alabaster. Only good thing was our waitress Joy was amazing.

Three stars only because the server did a good job under the circumstances with a big crowd on the patio for a birthday party. Ordered a brisket burger and it came with cole slaw for some reason (was not pictured when I checked). That goes on the cooks. The wait time was longer than normal as well, but that I can understand.

I have been here about 2 dozen times or so the last 5 months. I moved here recently from out of state and ate all B-Dubs 2-3 times a week there. When I order online and have it delivered during the middle of the day, it's great. Any other time we do pickup, they're consistently 30 mins past the "expected time." The times we've dined in, they've always been out of multiple items and service is always bad (with one exception on a Tuesday night). I love B-Dubs in general and eat at other ones a LOT - but I think I'm probably done coming to this one.
