Food was really great. No complaints at all. The server we had was super generous and helpful. He consistently checked on us and made sure we were doing great. Food was hot and fresh and their coffee was amazing! Definitely will be back here for breakfast.

Server was timely with drinks and taking our order but then we waited 34 minutes for our food. There were 3 other tables in the restaurant, and workers basically just standing around talking and not in any hurry. I asked our server how much longer at 25 minutes and her response was I'm not the cook, you want a refill that's what I do. Not typical of this store but definitely not making me wanna go back anytime soon.

We love some Steak 'n Shake. I am giving this visit a 4 star due to under staffed servers. Our server was overwhelmed with too many tables for one server. We were a party of 7... So that didn't help. One order was wrong, one order was burned. They fixed both but everyone else was finished eating by the time they got their food fixed. I had the Frisco Melt with a side cup of sauce and fries. It was very good! Milk shakes were great and made correctly. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean.
Side note: It is a little confusing to actually get into the parking lot. GPS tells you to turn left where no left turns are allowed. 🤷🏻 Be sure to turn at the red light and take the side road.

Update the girl at the dive threw window packed our food carefully and also cover our fry's in a way so the didn't all fall out of the bag that was nice to see someone actually care . The food was better then previous times also

Great food for an amazing price! Their shakes are absolutely phenomenal. They also give you the option to have flavored fries, we tried the salt and vinegar. They tastes absolutely delicious. We went around lunch time so they got slightly busy but the service was pretty good for being as busy as thy were.

The entrance smells like the old McDonald's play place that they used to have,Aka FEET. But I'm sure that has nothing to do with the quality of the food.
The water is watered down,They put extra ice in it to make it that way and give you less water.
The quality of the food is decent. I got the Triple Steakburger. I haven't gotten it yet before I wrote this review but hopefully it's good .
