I love Publix everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have wonderful produce, bakery and delicatessen. It's a great store for me because they keep a good stock of international goods. When you are away from home getting your favorite foods make you feel less homesick!

The Manager, Bill, at this Publix in Prattsville, AL went out of his way to make my daughter’s birthday special. I live in
St. Louis, Mo and was trying to get some cupcakes to my daughter’s college soccer team, who were traveling on her Birthday. Come to find out in my conversation with Bill was that he was an Alum from my daughter’s college she attends. Small world! He not only personally dropped the cupcakes off at their hotel down the street, but also brought balloons in the school’s colors with a Happy Birthday balloon too. Southern hospitality is true! Such helpfulness, kindness and politeness shown to a Midwesterner who he did not know. Thank you again for making my daughter’s birthday special when her family wasn’t able to be with her!

Normally I don't post negative reviews. I have had several good experiences with the deli until earlier in the week. I've been thinking on this and finally decided something should be said about a lady named Carly?? She was very rude and disrespectful to a older lady that was ahead of me. I also noticed a few of the employees just standing around while others were trying to get customers taken care of. I'm very disappointed with what I saw. Hopefully the situation I witnessed will be addressed. I don't know if I'll be back for my favorite sub at this location again. I appreciate the few people there that have made my past visits worthwhile.

Publix is one store you can always go into and it is clean, neat and friendly. I have been in many across the south and never have a bad experience. Thankful to be able to shop in a clean and friendly grocery store. Other stores could take some notes on how to provide great service.

Everyone at this location has been very kind and very helpful. We had them cater a celebration of life for my brother in law and it was amazing with all the food that they prepared along with the desserts and drinks. They are a very professional company and take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful customer service. You can also find unique items that aren't sold in any other grocery store. The fruit salad bar is so fresh. Made right on front of your eyes.

Publix is great as usual. They have my brand and type coffee I love. I can't fine any where else ( folgers simply smooth decaf ). My wife loves Cokes but only Publix has regular decaffeinated Cokes. This refers to when we go grocery shopping. Thanks Pubix, keep up the great work. 👍
