In town for business and wanted a quick easy meal. Captain D’s never disappoints. The food is always consistent and cooked as intended. The wait staff is inviting and very pleasant. I would like to see a few more caffeine free drink options but that’s only a minor thing. Have been coming to this location for the past 25 years and will continue in the future.

Fish was cooked in burnt grease. You could taste the burntness on the fish. It made me sick on the stomache. I returned all the food too only get partial of my order back. I had to re-buy some items, even doe I returned them untouched!!!!

I haven't been to a Captain D's in years and this experience was actually pretty good; I just beat the dinner rush, the food is priced well, tastes good and they have big portions. Oh, I liked how the lady at the window told me what was in each bag, when she seen I was looking. The little things count. I will be back.

Literally had approx 10 fries and 2 cold pieces of fried battered fish...sad. Wish I had taken a pic...the one time I didn't...🙄😏😞
2nd trip months later...not much different and they tried to overcharge me as well...plus drive thru sign is broken and the women working that evening couldn't have been more rude if I paid them...oh wait...I did!!

I order 2 deluxe seafood platter. I got them home the crab cakes where black the fish and shrimp were super hard. Called the closing store manger( Cedric) he stated” he didn’t know why the items where that way that night , but I was not the first to say something. He said they are trying to find out why. He then told me to bring my receipt and he would replace my order. I offered pictures or the food back and he said no that was not necessary, just to bring my receipt back. I go back up there tonight to get my meal and now they are refusing to replace my order. This is bs.

I did an order online and when I got there it didn't show up so I had to wait for them to fix it. It only took a few minutes and the staff was friendly. The food was of good quality.

The lady at the window is the sweetest! I love when she is working. However I have NEVER had anyone be anything but sweet and kind! The line is always long so they are definitely doing something right!
