Lena showed me and my family the most kindness and understanding on Father's Day. She is amazing. Taco Bell is lucky to have her. The food was correct and very good as well. Way to go Prattville location!!! Keep it up.

If I could leave 0 starts I would...This location in Milbrook has slowly started to decline and is the worst I think I have ever been to. We have been there a few times over the last 6 months and last night was probably the last time. I always order on the app because we have very specific dietary restrictions so it makes it easier to just put it into the app. We drove up to get our order and they tried to charge me again after I had already paid on the app and when we received our order it was only half there. We pulled around to the front and brought it all in where the staff was very rude and didn't listen to what we were missing or how to make it. Even the things that had no changes to them were still wrong. (like supreme tacos that were all broken up with meat, cheese and lettuce only, missing the sour cream and tomatoes) The other items that were specific were made in the complete opposite of what we asked, like no beans on something they added extra. They still didn't get our order right even after complaining and trying to explain what we were missing we eventually just left with what we could get. For an order that was over $50 this is crazy and I will not be back to this location.

Out of everything we wanted. A large Pepsi that ALWAYS taste watered down was 3 dollars. Cancelled the order all together and won't be back. probably going to call the district manager about this particular location. They have gone way down hill

Ordered food ahead of time and still had to wait for it. Female employee, working drive through, name unknown was extremely rood and needs to be fired. Sorry you don't like your job perhaps you can look for a new one. One other thing when you are open perhaps you can not have your fax machine answering your phone.

Everytime I come here they leave something out of my order or mess up something in my order. This time it was both, they put double sour cream on my burritos when I asked for NO sour cream. Freeze machines always down or they're "out". This location is terrible and I will not be returning

Taco Bell is good & this location has gotten a lot better with the opening of the Millbrook location.
Now in addition to bringing back the Pizza, could y’all consider opening a 2nd location in the Cobbs Ford area?

The food quality is okay the customer service is decent but when I was getting my food I did not get my debit card or my receipt back so I ended up having to backtrack where I could have left my card and they had it the whole time. I ended up having hey unauthorized charge to my card which I had to dispute so I can get my money back. I won't be visiting there again!

Had trouble with the mobile app order going through, but staff at drive thru nailed our complicated order & it was quick. Exactly what I expect from Taco Bell.
