Do not judge this book by its cover. Definitely not a posh environment but the food, so far, is great. I am new to the area so I figured I would give this place a try. I ordered the frog legs. I am NOT, repeat, NOT disappointed. They are lovely and cooked just right. And HUGE. Look at these things. Delicious!!!! I WILL be back for sure.

Great tasty food. The food is cooked to a crispy golden color that means the food looks good to the eyes and taste as good as it looks. The prices are considered a little steep for some but to me it is worth the little steep. Owners are very polite. Good place check them out. Always check your food to make sure you have the right order but if you happen to get the wrong order you will not be disappointed eat it anyway good eating.

DJs Seafood may not be the prettiest restaurant in town, but don't judge a book by its cover. Their fried seafood is some of the best I've ever had! I ordered a fish and shrimp plate with fries. When I got my food the container was so full the top wouldn't close. They put all the sauces and things you need in the bag, didn't even have to ask. The fish was flaky and tender, but crispy on the outside. Lots of flavor, not greasy. The shrimp were huge, and plentiful. Everything cooked to perfection and seasoned good. All of this for a very very good price. Give this ugly place a chance, the food is amazing!

Great place to get great seafood. I have been going to this place since 2014. Just love the food here. Catfish nuggets are awesome can't taste mud in them. Shrimp are huge and tender, crunchy. Also fries are great. Everything about this place is amazing. Best seafood without going to the gulf coast. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. You can order food here that they cook for you or buy and take home and cook yourself. And you get your money's worth.

This place deserves zero star's. From the front cashier to extra extra fried hard catfish. Honestly worst meal and service I've had in a year. The cashier acted as kid towards the customer in front of me when he got his food he simply asked for hot sauce. The look and the body language of the cashier was unprofessional. Don't live in the area, stopped for quick bite while working. What a waste. Guess I got the weak from threading reviews they don't match to my visit very disappointed will never go again

We went late in the day (6pm). No fresh seafood in the case to buy but we were there to purchase dinner. Ordered the shrimp platter & seafood platter. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and polite. Thankfully we had cash, as their credit card machine was broken. We waited a reasonable length of time while our food was prepared. The containers were so full the lids wouldn't close! Got home and couldn't believe the amount of food we got for not a lot of money! Great tasting shrimp, fish, oysters, etc. Not greasy, just the right amount of breading, and the shrimp, piece of fish and oysters were huge! Will definitely return!
