Never have a bad experience here! Love the friendly staff and the atmosphere. This morning they actually handed me the wrong bag in the drive thru (everyone makes mistakes!) and by the time I was around the corner exiting there was a nice lady waiting on me with my correct bag sincerely apologetic. I can promise you if it would have been another establishment, most would just say eh whatever. Always a pleasure Chick Fil A!

Chick-Fil-A always has a great level of standards. No matter where you go the food is always great and the service is even better. This location is no different. The staff was professional, cheerful, prompt, and made sure the order was correct. I particularly like the curbside ordering. The parking lot can be frustrating because people can't drive.

Food was great! Service was quick and courteous. Great attitudes! Whenever I'm in a hurry. I know the Chick Fil A line will move quicker than anyone else in town even with a long line!

It was in the 90's and hot today. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and cars were still in line to try and get in the parking lot. Employees were directing traffic. Taking orders in line, delivering orders in line and to oik orders placed on line. One employee was even sweeping the lot. Chick fil A is awesome! Food was good too!

My husband, daughter, and myself, we love Chic-fil-A in Prattville! Super friendly staff and very timely service, Not to mention. Great Food!! Wish every other fast food establishment had the same qualities!

Prattville, you probably don't need me to tell you that this place is awesome. Each Chick-fil-A that I visit is so friendly and give great customer service. Enjoy your Sunday off because you deserve it! Food was delicious as always and me and my wife love your waffle fries.

They were very busy but what do you expect, it is Chick-fil-A. We were waited on quickly with friendly service. We dined in but I noticed it was taking way too long to get our food. I went to the order counter and asked about our food and they said the take out was at the end of the counter. I told them that we were dine in and I showed them my receipt. They said they were very sorry and they would remake our food and that it should not have happened. I told them we all are human and make mistakes. They fixed our food very quickly and it was hot and very good. Thank you Chick-fil-A. Jimmy Bardlng
