I absolutely love this Starbucks and all of the employees here!! What I love most is that it has the Cheers atmosphere, where when I walk in, everybody knows my name and what I like to drink!! Once in a while, I will throw a curve ball and switch up what I want, which gets Oohs and Aahs and a couple of jokes with laughter. I absolutely love that, as it is priceless!! ❤️❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼 ☕️ ☕️

I was going to give this Starbucks 3 stars, which is essentially saying that it is okay. I decided to bump it up to four stars since one of the employees saw me waiting for the restroom and courteously invited me to use the employee restroom. That's good customer service going above and beyond

It's a Starbucks and I'm totally okay with that. The staff was very friendly and experienced. They were able to handle the line efficiently and not dilute the experience to just, "What do you want?" It also helped that the staff communicated well with each other. I'll eat my breakfast sandwich with a smile.

I am doing a keto diet now, so I ordered a very customized drink. After giving him my list of ingredients, I asked for it to be blended. He said he wasn't sure how that would turn out, but went ahead and did it. It is WONDERFUL!! I love the fact that you can customize anything. Five stars from me!

So far every Starbucks I go to are always friendly and smiling. So far haven't experienced any Starbucks that didn't have friendly staff. Believe me I would post if did. Keep it up west coast Starbucks.

They let you stay a long time. They had clean restrooms. They had the whole place clean. Plenty of parking as well. I bought a piece of coffee cake and it fell apart on them so got a second one. Wasn't expecting that. So everyone was very helpful and cheerful

Full of homeless people, weird smells, loud music. The staff are poorly groomed and have little care for hygiene. I requested a refund, the manager was dismissive of the issue. Just all around poor service.

A BARISTA WITH AN EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL!!! I have never seen a barista with a bad attitude until this date, Monday, 12/17/18. We come to this location almost on the daily basis for at least 2 years now and every barista + Alex (old manager) have been extremely prompt, pleasant, professional, friendly and knowledgeable - that's why we kept going back! Each visit, we order the same drink each time: 2 quad espressos, both in a grande cup, 1 on ice, 1 hot with filled up steamed milk. On Monday, 12/17/18, as usual, we came and ordered the drinks, a barista name "ADRIANNA" was making our drinks, told us we can't do this anymore, the hot one should be ordered as a latte as per her manager, a brand new manager name Jessica (?), whom we haven't even met or encountered, nevertheless, knew about our drinks, however, she "Adriana", said, in a very rude tone, she can make an exception this time. Now, if I want a latte, I'd order a latte and if I order a quad espresso and being charged a latter... THAT IS FRAUD! In addition, while she was getting ice, she SLAMMED the lid of the ice storage SEVERAL times, while opening and closing and it was LOUD... like into our faces!. This just left us stun and couldn't figure out what has just happened and how management could have justified hiring this barista. Why are we being harassed!! Not sure of what kind of customer service training that Starbucks offers, I doubt Starbucks Management consent such attitude; and most importantly, the few people with these types of attitude do not bring great news for Starbucks as a whole. It's so sad for the rest of this crew because they are providing the best customer service to their customers and have to suffer reviews just because of 1 bad seed.
