Starbucks

Starbucks on Commercial Street in Portland is a great Starbucks location. I really liked the convenience of the location as it is in the middle of everything and easy to get to by walking and quick to get in and out. The service here was excellent as the line kept moving very efficiently and orders were taken care of with speed. I was impressed at how the team here worked together to accomplish everything and did it in a friendly and fun way that brought a smile to my face. I also really like the vibe and feel of the Starbucks as it has plenty of natural light and cool little extras like the free coffee grounds for your garden. Overall this was a great experience and it provided everyone with exactly what they needed.

It's Starbucks, you know what you're getting. The staff is friendly. This location has no public bathroom or dine-in options. Weird, cuz it's been 2+ years with Covid and most places have adapted to it and reopened dining rooms. A busy spot in the summer especially. Close to the island ferries and other points of interest in Old Port.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With the state of the world, it’s hard to feel comfortable in most situations but the baristas were an absolute delight. They were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. I’ve never experienced such good customer service in a coffee shop. I took a picture of their names on the board specifically so I could remember to give these people praise: Julian, Jordon, Parker, Ronnie, Morgan and Jade - thank you!
