The food here is seriously so good. My wife and kids cant consume gluten or dairy due to severe allergies. This is one of the few places they can order literally anything on the menu. Just substitute for Gluten free bun or noodles and we're good! Im so satisfied. The food tasted fantastic. The Space Cowboy was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Banh mi is probably my all time favorite sandwich, and Supernova does it better than anywhere I've been. I went for lunch yesterday and loved it so much I went again for dinner!
The sauce is as impressive as the sandwich itself. The service is very friendly. The outdoor seating area is covered and heated.

Everything on the menu has been amazing so far! The Bahn mi is ridiculously fresh, complex and hearty. The Mac is creamy, ooey-gooey goodness. The poblano pepper grilled cheese is out-of-this-world and everything is made from plants!

Had this today for the first time. I’m blown away with the quality and flavors. Everything is so delicious, melt in your mouth. If you can achieve vegan bbq & vegan fish. This is a whole other level.

Great snack this afternoon from the Supernova Vegan. Lady working there was very friendly and hooked it up with a scrumptious Space Cowboy. No complaints! Definitely worth a visit if nearby.

My daughter liked it ..she gave the Space Cowboy an 8 and the Mac & Cheese a 6. The ladies that work there are awesome. I'll definitely be back to try it myself. It's a light green food truck that's kind of easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention but it's worth stopping to check out.

I’m so glad to have a vegan food cart so close to where I live. It’s made better by the fact that their food is awesome. I get the banh mi with avocado added.

I went here with my lovely wife Sarah. This is the best place I went to ever in my existence. We got a sandwhich, and a mac n cheeze with bbq tempeh.
The Mac was perfect. Dreamy. Creamy. Unbelievable. I ate it all, and at a remarkable speed because I couldn't get enough. It was just to good.
My wife felt the same with her sandwhich.
I turned around and had to personally tell the two lovely people who work the food cart, just how amazing it was.
Not only is the food incredible, but the staff here are super friendly.
You need to check this one out for sure!!

You have to try the Space Cowboy. Make sure you have napkins and an appetite. I have also tried the Hercules Bahn Mi - it was too light and sweet for my taste. Supernova is still new. The mac and cheese side tasted better the second time, which leads me to believe they are actively improving. I also had the Pad Thai, which is more filling, but a bit too acidic for me.
Back to Eden's cart is right next to Supernova, and I recommend at least looking to see their beautiful desserts.
