This location use to be my fav but sense they got new management they have given me the wrong hot food item I was going in for spicy breaded wings and they have given me plain wings twice and given me buffalo chicken tenders once

The owner of this store is the kindest person. He's very polite and a professional to everyone. Whenever my kids and I come into the store and he's there he is always more than gracious and makes us feel very welcome.

The new guy “Alex” customer service was horrible , scared my son the way he was talking to us he has no business being in that store he has no customer service he needs to be terminated or I will be contacting 7-Eleven‘s corporate about his behavior his customer service in the way he treats people in Saint Johns.
