7-eleven

Had my cell phone stolen here. Left it on the counter as I checked out. Returned 10 minutes later. Phone gone, but both employees admitted to seeing a person take it. Someone asked the theif "Is this your phone?" Dude said yes, and the employees thought nothing of it as this person left. Understandably this is not their fault/responsibility. My gripe is that they could've reviewed camera footage on the spot (this was made known by one of the employees as he showed me footage on his smart phone from another theft he was currently reviewing.) Instead he told me he could do nothing until the next day. That however was not actually the case. I could have been helped, and maybe it would've led to my phone being recovered. Moral of the story and point is to bring to light the unhelpful unsympathetic, blatant disregard for a fellow human, and customer by both those employees. The frustration of the interaction is hard to describe. I'm going on strike, and I hope you spend your dollar elsewhere too. Boo 7/11.

If I could leave a review with no stars I definitely would. My spouse had an encounter with one of the staff and it ultimately ended with her being verbally attacked with racial slurs. I have heard more than a few people have had this same experience. Why is this establishment even still standing? Proceed with caution and if you have experienced the same thing, I strongly recommend that you file a complaint. This has got to stop!

Navarre and her husband Amelio are extremely racist! I had been shopping here for about three years due to the stores convenience. Recently I had a relationship with a bad guy and he apparently stole a beer from here(I was not with him but they seen us together before on a different occasion. Another mother took my son there last week and the owners pointed out my son and said they will call the police on me if I return ( this is how I found out about the beer). So thinking I can call and straighten out my name, they quickly and rudely insisted that they don't care who I am and they will call the police. I couldn't even voice the fact that the guy I was seeing was abusive and kicked in my door a day prior and I wanted to make sure they know I am not a thief. Also they have a new worker who's a creep named Robert who is a cocaine smoker and conformed that the guy and I are together. I will own this store soon. The onwers don't even want to be in this community. I have also seen them mistreat homeless people, which is a big No No. Navarre you ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

This morning at 6:30 am on july 27, i went to get my coffee at 7 11 and told the young tall black man that the coffe i warm and not hot, he goes on to explain why the coffee is warm, i said to him, i did not ask for an explanation as to why the coffee is warm, just fix the problem. He got a nasty attitude with me and said well don't come back here. As i was walking out the door he started making ugly Faces at me, just as a child would when disrespecting a 68 yr. Old veteran senior citizen.
