Blackbird Pizza

Wow! Blackbird's vegan pizza options are great and their portions are very generous. We had the vegan meat lovers and it was delicious. You can get several other vegan options or create your own. You can get pizza by the slice as well. The establishment is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and food orders are processed promptly. It has a very welcoming vibe, there have several pinball machines and other games. They also have a good beer selection and reasonably-priced for that area of town.

Zomg! A++ The place up the road was crazy booked so we have them a try and we are so happy we did. Journeys, our server was amazing, prompt, and delightful understanding our allergies. Between the food options, pinball, video games, and delicious drinks, we had fun. This place just skyrocketed to the top of my recommendation for what to eat in the area. The pizza, with vegan cheese, was incredible. I will be back!

To say we frequent this spot is an understatement. The family special of knots, salad, and a two topping pizza is just that... special. They make their own salad dressings which they should bottle because they are so good, and I wept a little when they stopped making Thousand Island as it was as Thousand Island should always be (but never is). There are better pizzas out there but all around pizza vibe is strong at Blackbird, and we really like the staff, many of which have been there for several years. Great bar. Video games. Pin ball. So so many self-serve hot sauces to choose from. And I should mention they have great pasta and sandwiches too, but why? The pizza and salads are enough.

Good-Great pies, didn't eat anything else. Oh, yeah, good to excellent selection of beers, both hipster-type tall boy cans of dreg Hamms, PBR, whatever it is y'all drink, + tap micro's, very nice choice of designer suds. Staff was totally cool and accommodating, even to an out-of-demographic 67 year old retiree out at 1:30 a.m. for a couple of late nite slices and suds as an insomnia cure. (It worked). I will be back and bring a bus load from the home if the keepers fall asleep on duty again.

Really great place. Gluten free, vegan, veggie, and meat options on their entire menu which has salads, pizzas (slice or whole), pastas, sandwiches and an incredible drink selection. Whole kitchen is open till twelve and they have open outdoor and indoor seating with a pinball and game room upstairs and downstairs (all well maintenced and cared for) staff is friendly and helpful. The portions and prices are fair.
