Flip It Burger

The brunch burger was sooooo satisfying. The truffle fries were perfectly crispy and voluminous. But most of all the lady who was cooking and watching the register seemed genuine happy to give me my food. I’m not one to demand exceptional service from a fast food place because it’s just burger not a 5 star restaurant AND I’m not an a-hole, but this employee was genuinely friendly. It was nice. Thanks nice lady. The burgers were excellent.

My favorite local burger. Portion sizes are just right…lots of bonus fries always included in the bag. Multnomah Village staff is courteous and friendly. My daughter and I eat here weekly, sometimes more. Don’t expect a “vibe” in the restaurant…one can eat here, but this is perfect take-out food. Outdoor tables are available.

I have been to a few Little Big Burger locations. But I honestly have to say that this location gets at the best they're Patty is never overdone,Very juicy. If you have never been here before you have to try there Thuffle fries they are amazing and as well their fry sauce. You will 100% not regret coming here.

Normally I'd give this site a 4+ rating but today I ordered two burgers, dry, no lettuce no, onions, neither burger was right. Unfortunately I just didn't have it in me to drive all the way back to deal with it, but I'll post here for reference to warn that if it's busy, check your order before you leave.

ALWAYS 15 min late on mobile orders, always over cooked and always under seasoned. These are supposed to be Med rare and they are inedible they’re so dry. I ended up taking back the burgers that we ate half of them to get a refund. They couldn’t even refund me without having to text and call the store manager first. What kind of place is this?
