Domino's Pizza

I was ignored as other customers walked in and were greeted and served. When I did asked for help I was ignored and then a customer was allowed to insult me in front of my daughter as I repeated that I just needed help also. My order was ready and waiting. Worst Dominoes in Portland. The manager refused to even give me her name and no one one in the store had a name tag on. Corporate is my only hope that another customer will not be mistreated. They were busy and I was ignored for patiently waiting and instead of an apology I was told "they didn't know who I was" so they ignored me and my Daughter.

Pizza the way I like it in fifteen minutes. Words of advice, instead of your typical marinara tomato paste. Explore the large variety of other options. For example my favorite is the white garlic butter parmesan sauce. Or check out these picture of this creamy alfredo pasta sauce I ordered on my large 3 topping pizza for just $7.99. And believe me folks it taste as good as it looks.

They forgot my sauses. When I called they said it was in the box. Here is a picture of what I got. When I told them I didn't get it, they told me I did and the manger Chris said he saw his crew put it in the box and all they can do is refund me a 1.50. So not only did i get my order get messed up they sat there and argued with me about it saying I was wrong. By far this is the worst Domino's I have ever experienced. This store needs to do better at customer service.

They're never accepting delivery orders so you can use free pizzas or other coupons, usually just not even open. The few times it did go thru it took over 2 hours to deliver but we can't get any of the other 3 stores that are closer to deliver instead. Extremely rude. And then genuinely never gets our orders right, burns everything and covers it in sticky garlic butter so grease just leaks on everything (no other store does this to us). I'm so tired of having no other late night food options.

First off their delivery time was 2hrs..when you order online it doesn't say that. 2nd, when it finally did show up it wasnt hot but luke warm. 3rd it was burnt. 4th it wasn't even the right pizza. I ordered 2 very different pizza's..i had to drive back there myself & asked for a refund. 2hr delivery is ridiculous..had i known that, i wouldn't have ordered from them. Now i have to track some food down to feed my family. Probably wont be back. Get it together Domino's.
