Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was very hesitant coming in because of all the bad reviews, but I am so glad I came. Whoever was working on 5/10/22 around 8:45p, y'all CRUSHED IT. There was a decently long line and even more mobile orders that needed to be fulfilled. Despite it being so busy for the workers, they had a great attitude towards the customers and hustled really hard. They deserve props. I hope management recognizes their hard work because they are outstanding employees and they will go far in life. Also the food was cooked to perfection *chefs kiss*

I used to love Chipotle but it just isn't the same anymore. Would it kill them to have someone clean the tables every once in a while? The protein is never temperature hot, and once you add lettuce, salsa or anything else, it quickly becomes cold. It's used to be it might be hot when you get a burrito but now probably 50% of the time. Forget having a burrito bowl with hot meat. Also, double meat seemed to be what used to be regular meat. Not worth it. Please do better!

According to a sign on the door, this location is only accepting online orders due to "staffing shortages." Funny; places that pay their staff living wages and benefits have no issues hiring and keeping staff. I watched no fewer than a dozen people read the sign and walk away during the six minutes that I waited on the patio. I'm doubting the business acumen of the individual(s) managing this location.

Where do I even begin… This location has been out of rice, out of ice for beverages, out of chips, etc. at many different times and visits. Just tonight, my family placed an order for pickup through the Chipotle app at this location (payed for it in advance, as usual) only to find out once we tried to pick it up that the restaurant closed 5 hours earlier. This location is simply abysmal. I enjoy eating at Chipotle, but the management at this location makes eating here impossible. Please go to another location, regardless of how inconvenient it may be.

Always under staffed so you have to order online even when they have 7 people working. When you order online the portions are messed up. Ask for extra rice never do I get what I want compared to in person. Although I understand it’s hard to find people willing to work, but management needs to step it up.

Don't even bother going here. I've tried to get food here 3 times in the last 6 months. Never even gotten anything. I've arrived at 3 to see a sign they aren't even opening until 5. I've gone 30 minutes before closing to see they are only taking online orders. When I tried to order online, there were no available pickup slots and was told I can't order because they are closing. There were 4 employees standing around inside doing nothing. The sign on the door asks you to be forgiving because they are "short staffed" - do you know why they are short staffed? Because it's a thankless job with awful pay and benefits. If you can't operate a business location properly, you should just close.
