Pizzicato Pizza

I love this place! Been coming about once or twice a week now. Great pizza, fresh ingredients, and usually awesome pizza. Then they hired this new cashier he was SUPER rude to me the first time I went and he was working. Also again today. It also kinda seems like the staff have less fun which I get working in kitchens. One bad attitude can bring the whole team down. While waiting for my pizza i overhead his interaction with other customers and it just really seemed abrasive and finding any Way to be so. I get super disappointed when I see him working because I know he is going to be rude and the most awesome staff aside from him are less engaging. Love you hillsdale pizzicato! My favorite of the stores. The bad egg needs a serious attitude adjustment.

The pizza had its own unique taste to it but I can not say their pizza deserves a 5 star review. I also had the Chinese Chop salad and I really just feel there wasn’t a unique making to it. It was ingredients I could have easily placed together and the dressing slightly tasted like bubble gum. I will give a 4 star review due to the unique taste of the pizza. This isn’t a place I would make a priority to come to but I will think about coming here every so often. 4 star review.

It was a busy, hot day so the wait for a whole pizza was extra long- but the guy who helped us got us individual slices in a hurry. He made us comfortable sitting at the outdoor area by pushing two tables together for us. He was super friendly to all who came in and made what could have been an aggravating visit a great one!

We got salad and a slice for takeout. Nice selection of salads and they pack the boxes full, they didn't have the special pizza of the month available but the pepperoni slices were good, lots of slightly spicy pepperoni and not too much cheese on large slices. I wouldn't recommend dining in as it is not very nice but great for takeout.
