Just got the food and it was all cold. The Gordita crunch with nacho cheese had no nacho cheese and was soggy and cold. Very disappointing. The entire order looked old and was definitely not fresh. This is the first review I have ever left. Take a little pride in what you do goodness.

Definitely seeing improvement with speed and accuracy of orders. I take a break just because of the construction and traffic and a few times where I had to go back through to get orders fixed and decided to try it again. This time everything went well food was made well and I was very happy with how things went. Looks like I can start coming back here again.

Incredibly slow service at this location, especially if you order ahead online. I’ve ordered ahead for in store pickup twice for a 30 minute scheduled pickup, and once for ASAP. Each time I’ve arrived after 30 minutes, and had to wait an additional 30-50 minutes to receive my order. One employee told me to always order pickup to the drive thru instead, because their management instructs them to prioritize drive thru over done-in, and dine-in over online in-store pickup.

Been here a few times & each got worse. This time I asked for the #3, sub beef for rice & add guac. (Since they removed the vegetarian option of 7layer burrito, this is how I gotta do things).
They gave me almost no beans in a saucey mess equivalent to less than what was in my taco. I went in and all employees saw me standing at the counter with my taco bell bag but it took a couple minutes before one was brave enough to check on me. I kindly asked the lady to fix it... I even made the joke about how it was too small to fit in a taco and lol'ed. but She defended it stating it's all the ingredients I wanted and I said, "yes but I have a teaspoon of beans... this isn't enough to consider a burrito."
I pointed at the picture and said "that's a burrito, can I get that?" She continued to argue & so I insisted on a refund. She tried to take my snack away but I told her I had no time to get food elsewhere and since she didn't want to fix it, I was keeping it. I hate being rude to service workers but when they argue with you instead of making it right, there's nothing for it unless you let them screw you over. To that I say, "Not today Taco Bell! And never again" (at this location).

Lobby is closed with a sign on the door that just says "We're Closed". However, the drive through is still open? Also everything on their menu is much more expensive than other Taco Bell locations

The employees do not seem to care about the food quality nor actually listening to the customers order. I have now ordered for the same thing twice and both times they got it wrong. I even had someone tell me that works there that the employees don’t care about the food quality

Try to go there at 7:45 (when they are open) and the “boss” parks their Acura MDX in the drive through so you can’t order, try to go inside and they have the doors locked…

Generally Taco Bell is just Taco Bell and you know what to expect, but this one I really enjoy. There's a few employees that are extremely friendly, and I can have quick small talk with. Interactions like that make a big difference. Also, I'm vegan, so my orders usually have quit e a few modifications, and theyve only got my order wrong twice (which is phenomenal compared to most other places lol). Line usually goes pretty quick too. I highly recommend this location.
