Curtis, the manager of this store, and his team take care of their customers. My co-worker and I walk several blocks out of our way to go to this store because of their warm, friendly atmosphere and spot on, well-crafted drinks.
And don't believe what Google Maps say. They are open.
The staff at this location are top notch in quality and customer service. The location 2 blocks away (in the Standard Insurance building) got my order wrong twice, and the manager was so rude about correcting it, that I didn't want to go back again. So I went to this location and the staff didn't even hesitate. They all had good energy and were friendly, even for being 6:30am. They made the salted caramel cold foam cold brew, just how I'm use to from any other location, and did so with a smile. I'll keep coming back.
Fantastic staff! Everything is made to perfection, and done so with pleasure. I've seen them greet regulars by name and ask how they are doing, as well as seasoned employees willingly helping new employees learn with compassion and patience. I've been shown excellent customer service, superior quality in product, and the up most respect and pride for things like cleanliness and efficiency. This team is getting it right.
I wasn't much of a coffee drinker until moving to Portland. I have grown to enjoy Starbucks coffee as well as the sandwiches and may pastries. The service has always be phenomenal adding to why the experiences are great!
I travel A LOT all over the country. This is the happiest Starbucks I have ever been to. You go for the coffee, but come back for the great staff experience!
The staff here is great. They do an amazing job all the time! The store is always fully stock and ready for the day. Downside leaving the store and being asked for money :( Other than that great location!
Sugary espresso drinks at a reasonable price. The staff is attentive and quick, and there's some seating for hanging out for a while.
Well maintained and up to date. Inviting environment. Friendly employees. Well managed. Cozy place to get coffee have a meeting or study.

My favorite Starbucks, employees know my order, are friendly and fast. I stop by here 3-5 days a week.
Fun friendly atmosphere, cheerful employees even first thing in the morning. I would recommend this place if you need a nice hot cup of Joe first thing in the morning :)
